I was disappointed. The about information states 6 boxes per “pack”, and also states 6 “packs” were included leading me to expect 36 boxes which seemed a bargain. I got 6 boxes of tissues. Not such a great deal. Quality of tissue is good. Appreciate the convenience of delivery.

only got 1 box of 95 tissues, instead of 8 boxes in a carton like before. Price of $10.40 was for 8 boxes of tissues, not 1 box. I called the shipper, Bison office, and John said I would have to return to a WalMart store. If I could go to a store, I wouldn't have ordered on internet. I don't see why you can't ship me the other 7 boxes of tissues. Please check into this, and advise me.

This last round of Kleenex purchased from Target are exceptionally rough (my husband and I both noticed this independent each other). My nose is raw and red from the roughness, as I have very sensitive skin. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to discontinue using this product I've used for my entire adult life. I also find it interesting the denial from Kleenex that there is any quality change. You may want to check your manufacturing quality control, as there most certainly has been a change. I actually didn't care for the older designs, they were the same thing for so long I was getting bored with them. However I understand that other people like consistency. Maybe you should have more options instead of completely switching to new designs. I do notice that the tissues now appear to me to have a perfumey scent, which is a real problem for many people. I will never stop buying Kleenex!

I love how soft it feels on my nose when I have a cold where it isn't ruff and how absorbent and strong it is. Kleenex had some many great designs that would fit in anyone's house. I really like how they have many different sizes and how it makes me feel that I can help reduce the spread of germs. Kleenex is the only tissue for my family.

Those are Jardin Persimmon and Jasmine Honey. Every color in those two designs is in my home. I really love that. I have been using it for years and not just when I am sick or have allergies. They are good for many things like removing makeup, cleaning small messes, wiping dirty faces and even for crafts. I love how they are so soft but strong enough for when I get runny noses. I also love the designs available and sizes of the boxes and to go packets.

They've got weird patterns with gray on one panel, yellow on another. I was hoping this to be a passing fad but it is still the design. I can't imagine what sane person authorized these hideous designs. Please bring back the boxes that were a single color.

Whoever designed the latest 2 strong layers did not take into consideration they are a new fold which also is not cut to get individuals but 2 layers come out together and unable to stop. As an "older" user, why give "kindergarten" motifs on the boxes Need dignified designs. Product is not what it used to be in design, cost, and quality.
