The straps do not dig in. I wish the cups were a little bit bigger, size large fit perfectly around the band but not in the cup.

I am a fan of the thick band and the cute little cutout between the beasts but the cup did feel a little large for me and I usually wear a B cup. The support from the straps is wonderful and do not dig into my shoulders. The cups have padding for push up and that padding is not removable, sometimes a downfall but in this case I was overly pleased. After having 3 kids I need all the support I can get but still want to look good, and this was the perfect bra for that.
