These are so great for a weeknight when you don't want to cook. Just throw them in the oven for 35 minutes and you have a tasty main dish that is not the usual same old stuff. It's a treat. And it's very high in protein which is good.

The Cordon Bleu is wonderful since I am not an experienced cook e . It takes only 38 minutes in the oven to enjoying a delicious entre, like dining in a nice resttaurant. I like preparing some of Sam's pre-seasoned instant mashed potatoes to go with it.

I recently purchased 15 boxes of Barber Foods Chicken Cordon Bleu to serve at a wedding. They were fabulous. Knowing I had to cook all of these to serve at the same time, made me a little nervous, but they were so easy to bake and then keep warm that it came together perfectly. They were the hit of the wedding. Delicious indeed!

I purchased the Cordon Blue stuffed chicken before Thanksgiving to have something quick and easy available for the holidays. I was not disappointed. We cooked the entire package of 6 in about 40 minutes. It was very good and tasty. I would purchase again!

We have bought this brand of cordon bleu for years, but as for almost everything these days, the quality has gone down. The cheese and breading are still delicious, but the chicken is drier, and the ham is now a tiny piece that you barely notice. Still worth eating if you enjoy cordon bleu, but be aware.
