Bought this Gazebo for an apartment complex and it has been nothing but problems. While assembling there was missing parts, and parts that didn’t have the correct pilot holes. The roof does not line up once it has all fully assembled. There was extra hours to just correct it. If you buy this, buy it pre assembled. It is not worth your time and or extra effort.

My wife and I with some assistance from the grandson were able to assemble this in one weekend. The instructions were very straightforward and components were mostly manageable from and assembly and with perspective. Yep we utilized the grandsons strength and height to get the roof assembled and in position. All within our expectations and abilities. It adds some beauty to an already beautiful view.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this prior to Memorial day, knowing it would be a great addition for our backyard and pool. I purchased professional installation as well. The only drawback to the installation was the gazebo set in my garage until late July waiting for the installers to arrive. I had an early June date originally and they cancelled on me. Once the gazebo was erected it was everything I though it would be. I added a ceiling fan, roller shade to one side and towel rack for pool towels. It provides nice shade for hot days and cover for my backyard grilling. Overall a great investment.

It arrived on time and we stored it in our garage until we were ready to put it up. It took us a long time to put together because we are not builders of any sort. Our son did come and help, he is not a professional builder but he is able to do much more than my husband and I could. We worked around his schedule. It helped that we organized the wood and hardware so we didn’t have to search for pieces when we needed them. We finally got it up and we’re very pleased. Our children and grandchildren were able to enjoy the shade by the pool. I highly recommend this gazebo. However, to save time, I would gladly pay the service fee to have someone experienced put it together. If you are good at this sort of thing you could do it with at least two others helping. The directions are easy to follow and perfect to create a beautiful gazebo. The wood is beautiful and it is sturdy and the beautiful metal roof does not leak in heavy rain. We were impressed with how all of the pieces fit together.

First bit of advice is don’t print using dark ink on a clear plastic bag when the contents of the bag are the same color as the ink. Second, the manifests detailing what each box contains should all be accessible without having to open each box. This would allow people to strategically unpack things and organize them. I just started assembling today so I will update the review as I progress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought it and had it installed. After watching the guys put it up, that was money well spent. We love the extra room it provides with cover, and the dogs and our cat who believes he is a dog spends many hours there.

Each piece of the construction materials was clearly marked and easily identified. One small bent item was replaced by the manufacturer within two day. So no delay in construction. Can easily be constructed by the do it yourselfer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Cordova from Backyard Discovery in late spring 2023 and it's been fantastic! It is so well built, sturdy and it totally transformed the look of my deck and backyard. There is enough space for a table seating 8 underneath and still room to walk around. I chose it because compared to every other brand, the build quality and ratings for wind and snow were better. Plus it looks beautiful! You can't build one this good, this safe, and looks this nice on your own for the price. I added some fans with remotes up inside and some lights around the edge. I get nothing but compliments on it. So glad I chose Backyard Discovery brand. Highly recommend.
