However, the recommendation is to take four gummies daily for children over four years old, which is quite a lot. Competing brands are usually two gummies a day of a similar size.

Vitamins made for kids 4 years old and up and have great list of ingredients. Bottle has child proof cap. Definitely recommend.

Smell good, appealing gummies, my 10 year old girl likes the flavor and they are easy to take with or without food. No bad aftertaste. Love that the bottle is 100% post-consumer recycled material. I recommend these.

I imagine the vegetable struggle is as real for you as it is for me. I started giving my son the Smarty Pants four times a day. Each gummy has nutrients and vitamins without additives. What he liked the most was the different flavors: orange, lemon, and strawberry banana and I liked that he took it without a struggle. I would buy it and recommend it because I know that he will get the nutrients he is not getting from food alone.

I forgot that it was a vitamin. I like how it has many benefits in the vitamin that it makes me feel good to take it and not dread to take it everyday.
