My only complaint is that a serving size is 3 vitamins which is a lot especially if, like my kids, they're taking additional supplements along with their daily vitamin. Otherwise I've been satisfied with these vitamins.

My kids one of 5 and other of 11 have no problems eating omega gummies from SmartyPants, and my youngest of 13 months actually will ask for her "fishies". Great way to get them their Omega-3's without having to take a liquid that tastes awful. Our family is very serious about getting our omega so for me and my husband, we use this Omega-3 supplement as a part of my skin care regimen, especially now as the seasons begin to change, I do recommend.
