I have central air but supplement with this and it's FANTASTIC: super sleek looking. Easy set-up and manageable through wifi. Wheels on the bottom so you can roll easily from one room to another, which is great for someone like me not using it full-time. It does need to be used near a window for water condensation discharge, so that's the big thing to look at pre-purchase, but every indoor A/C unit needs that, so probably no surprise. Love this, 100% recommend!

I was actually amazed as to how simple the set up is as well as to how well it actually cooled the room. The features for the app and smart speaker are awesome as well.

We lost power a few weeks ago and this kept the main part of our home nice and cool while hooked up to our generator. Moving it around from area to area is a breeze since there's no needing to lift it, hooks up easily into a window and all the accessories needed came with it. I can't say anything about the heater option since I'm a Floridian, but I can imagine a home could warm up real quick with it if it's anything like the AC part of it!

It's already May here and we're being told to keep our AC units set at 78 or above to conserve power. Imagine what it's going to be like here when the real heat kicks in later this summer! My plan is to couple the Delonghi Arctic Whisper PACEL395 with a generator to cool a portion of our house. It feels so good to be prepared and have a backup-plan in place. This unit seems easy to setup and powerful. We had our AC go out last year and I used a previous generation Delongi to get us by for a few days, so this new one should work even better.

It is sturdy and has durable parts. I use it during hurricane season and power outages with my generator and it works perfectly.

We were able to set it up quickly and get it on and cooling the room fast! It's not that loud at all and we actually like the sound to fall asleep too! I love the fact that it's wifi and can control it from my phone when I can't find the remote. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs a wonderful AC. I cannot wait to try it out in the winter since it has heat as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My daughter loves cold room and my other daughter does not. Instead of cranking the AC down for the whole house and freezing the rest of us out, we have this unit in her room. It seems like that wouldn't be too often, but we've had so many problems with it that having a back up is a good idea! It's fairly big to store, but in my opinion it's worth it. If you have no A/C in the middle of summer in Florida...it is NOT fun. I love the fact that the machine isn't just an air conditioner, but also a heater! That's a huge plus that it can be used in the winter as well. It's definitely not big enough to heat/ cool a house, but if you have a smaller sized room like a bedroom, it works wonders! It's easy to set up, but you have to use it close to a window because the hose is only 4 ft long and can't be extended. You can also use this permanently by going straight into the wall, instead of the window. The wheels are great to be able to move from room to room because it's quite heavy otherwise, around 70 lbs. You can connect it to your app to control it, but I feel the remote is just as easy to use, unless you plan to add it to a Google home type system-then it might come in handy. Overall, I think it's a great option to cool or heat a medium sized room. Highly recommended!
