I have owned several similar units and this one is by far the best. It's a smaller footprint, heats and cools, has Bluetooth controls which is spectacular, is more Energy efficient and does a great job.

This unit works well for what it's intended for. It puts out lots of water so u need a large bucket u can move water with. It won't cool a large room just for a medium size or small room

Works very well. I have the drain hose in a bucket and only emptied the bucket twice. This unit reuses the water for the cooling which I find amazing. Had a different brand before this had to empty it twice a day

I am heating my 30'x30' spray foam insulated metal building during this 27°-55° cold snap and it's been amazing. My only complaint is the LH water/condensation over flow. I had to raise the unit about three inches off the floor so that I could keep a small plastic tub underneath to catch the water,

Shipped fast and arrived intact. It is heavy 85-90lbs but it is on casters.. Easy to set up. You need to vent it out a window or door within about 3-4 feet with the provided hose. I am using it in a garage that is admittedly too large for it's capacity. That said it is achieving a 10 degree reduction on a 95 degree day, which is all I needed for this particular application. The WiFi function works and you can set a schedule for run times and temperature. It pulls moisture out while cooling and you need to have a drain tube routed to a bucket that will need to be emptied every couple of days. All in all it does it's job.

Great unit very quite and cools my room down in minutes. Definitely a great buy and a great price.

This is a very good unit. Quiet in normal mode and has an additional whisper mode that lives up to its name. The wireless setup is not intuitive but achievable however only operates on a 2.4gh network. The ad is also slightly misleading. The unit is controllable by its app via Wi-Fi however it IS NOT controllable by your smart speakers as advertised. It also needed a 20 amp circuit to operate.

Expensive isn't always the best. I thought the $600+ unit would at least cool a 250sqf room, but it barely kept it fresh. A $175 window unit does a better job. But it's just my anecdotal experience. Personally, would not recommend.

RIGHT BACK WHEEL WAS CRUSHED DURING TRANSPORT.I CALLED AND GOT A REPLACEMENT WITHIN 1 WEEK. HOWEVER, WITHIN 3 WEEKS THE UNIT STOPPED WORKING. THE RESET BOTTON DOESN,T SEEM TO WORK. WHEN WE CALLED ON THIS, THERE WAS NO INSTRUCTIONS OTHER THAN SHAKE IT GOOD (IT WEIGHS 70 LB) AND MAKE SURE THE OUTLIT WORKS. THE MACHINE WORKED VERY WELL UNTIL IT DIDN,T. WHAT DO WE DO NOW OTHER THAN SEND IT BACK?

Came damaged then it was out of stock so I ended up keeping. After running for a couple days i noticed the condensate pools up and soaks the floor.
