[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is more than just a portable AC unit. It's a 4 in 1, with heating, cooling, dehumidifier and fan modes. Super easy to set up and you can control every setting from your phone through the app. Also very convenient to move it, it's on wheels. Strong unit works wonders and it's actually very quiet. Couldn't be more pleased with this. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a serious air conditioning unit. it cools our very large bedroom very efficiently and fast, we have many other units in our home and this is the most efficient and our favorite 1, installation was very easy it took about 15 minutes, it fits our window nicely however there was not enough weather stripping with the install kit. The major concern is that the unit does not evaporate the water, you will need to drain the water into a tray and then dump it. What we did is Elevate the AC unit to let the condensation out of the window through the hose. We mainly use the AC for now, we have tried the heater and it works nicely, the unit comes with bags for storage but considering that it does both AC and heating I'm not sure we'll use them. The app is 2 simple in my opinion it has no option to schedule and time the unit, but it's not like we need it anyway, we just use the remote which is very handy.

We love how portable this is, incredibly easier to move around than your standard window unit and works just as good, if not better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The De'Longhi Pinguino Smart Portable Air Conditioner and heater works great in my 750sqft insulated garage! It pumps enough heat and cold air to adequately control the temperature with ease! The unit is incredibly easy to install and the sleek design looks great. The installation was incredibly simple with the included window vent and exhaust hose. Just plug it in and you are up and running. This is also one of the quietest units I have ever experienced, even at full fan speed, it is quiet enough to have a phone call right next to it. Easy to connect to my Google Home and simple to control with voice commands. All around this is the best portable AC / Heater I have ever used and I absolutely recommend it!

Really easy to install and use, I really like how it connects to my phone to control it. Easy to move around the house to different area's if needed. Cools off my 3 bedroom house very fast. Super quite, love that it has 4 different settings. Overall im very happy. I recommend this item you won't be disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the DeLonghi Pinguino Smart Pacel 395 about 3 weeks ago and thought i would give it a try. I have two spare rooms in the basement and no way to cool nor heat. I placed the unit down in the area and became really impressed of how well it would cool the area. And one of the coolest features is you can control it from your cellphone because it has built in wifi. i can be upstairs and if i know i would be goin to the spare rooms and can simply turn it on and and adjust the temp right from my cell phone. I would recommend the Delonghi Pacel 395 to anyone who needs to cool or heat a area that they have no way to do so otherwise. Its a easy setup and also has 4 in 1 features it Cools , Heats, and also has a dehumidifier built in as well as a fan.I would have gave 5 stars because it really cools well and is kinda quiet. I have not been able try the heat feature because its summertime and the dehumidifier. Thats the only reason i didn't give 5 stars, I would recommend this product!!!!

Got from TryIt I love this air conditioner. Very cold air. This unit has 3 fan speeds. This unit has a dehumidifier a heat pump and just fan. The remote comes in handy. Love the wifi You can also set up schedules for your air conditioner to be operating and working only when you program it to.And good for older people don't have to try or get people to help put in window A.C's.

I got this 4 in 1 AC unit as a replacement for a standard portable AC that was giving out. It cools really well and is much quieter than the unit it replaced. I have yet to try the heating function but imagine it works just as well. It will be great not having to replace the unit with a heater and then back with an AC especially in SoCal as parts of the year alternate between heater and AC within the same day. Being able to turn the unit on and off with the app is great and makes it easy to control the temperature on the way home without leaving the unit running all day. The louvres direct the air well and it cools the room more efficiently than my last unit.
