Hello MeeksI, we appreciate your feedback and would like to apologize for your recent experience with the Frigidaire 3.2 Cu Feet Retro Mini Fridge with Side Bottle Opener . We pride ourselves on our high-quality standards and regret that our product did not live up to your expectations. The "freezer compartment" minimum temp is 32F and is designed to chill food items and for temporary/short term storage of frozen foods. It is not a freezer.
