The iron bread oven is gorgeous! It is great for baking. The heavy cast top definitely helps keep anything you bake warm. It is very heavy. My 74 year old mom struggled to pick up the top. I’m just now learning how to make bread and I’ll definitely be making lots with my new bread oven. It was very straightforward to use and easy to clean. I followed an easy 4-ingredient recipe to make the bread and it came out great using the bread oven. The only downside was that the white color easily showed stains after baking. They were easily cleaned off and certainly didn’t take away from the delicious warm bread. Will definitely be baking more!
