I bought this for my son-in-law - I have not heard yet how he likes it

I bought it a couple of weeks ago already got house and driveway done.

Bought this in-club, and ran into numerous problems right out of the box. First, there were no nozzles in the box. I had to call the local store and go through three different customer lack-of-service people to find out that the box had been opened and the nozzles removed, for some reason! After an hour drive to pick up the nozzles I was getting it set up and discovered that the unit is supposed to come with oil (in a container). It didn't have that either. Thankfully, I keep oil in my shop for other items, and was able to use that. Once I got it working I discovered the "kink-free" hose is anything but kink-free! And the starter rope is in the worse possible location to start the engine. Too bad that this is such a poor unit. Time will tell whether it will actually last beyond the warranty period.

like the folding handle, dont like the velcro strap to wrap hose, should have hook to hang hose over.
