I LOVE this BBQ! After I found it online at Sam's Club and saw that it appeared to have EVERYTHING I was looking for and was in the price range I was willing to pay (it was on sale!), I went online to check all over to see if there was anything out there with all of those features and for that price. There was not anything close at all. I was a little concerned that it might not live up to the description, but it DID!!! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this BBQ. I BBQ probably once or twice a week now because it is so easy to use and clean on my back patio. I love the handy trash cabinet, the handy cabinet that hides the propane, the stainless steal grill that we can easily remove and being inside to wash or put in the dishwasher, and the drawers to store my BBQ utensils. Most other BBQ's that had this many features and this much area to work with were actually permanent outdoor kitchens which are a WHOLE different price range. 5 stars from me!

Ordered it for large parties and true to its description it is fully containable unit. Looks great, feels strong and great for the price I got it for. I assembled it by myself. Woman in her mid sixties with some physical limitations but I had not problems putting it together in maybe 2-3 hrs.

I bought the outdoor kitchen..love it with a 6 burner grill. There is a drip tray, but no tray on the bottom layer of the grill..so all the food/grease lays there. Is there a full length tray that can be purchased?

Enjoy new grill but thought it came with a rotisserie motor and set up. It is built for one just not part of it. I also miss a side burner for a pot

The BBQ is ok….. It came assembled for the most part but was done poorly. Dented drawers, screws missing and alignment was off could be because of delivery. Drawers don't open properly. Not worth what we paid for it. Expected better quality for what we paid.

Delivered damaged still haven't gotten a response in when it will be fixed

The product came with one dent on the side and 2 dents on the front. Also one wheel was broken in the back.

When the grill arrived it was extremely damaged but I called Sams and they sent out a replacement. The new grill came damaged but nothing a hammer couldnt fix. I tested it and the burners light however the gridle burner would not stay light and the pan burner would not light. I tested the main grill out and the burners on HIGH would not put out enough flame to get the internal temperature to over 300 degress. In other words it can not generate enough heat to cook anything. I would not recommend this grill at all.

Vary bad don't buy it

I ordered this grill back in March 26 arrived April 12. As I was unpacking the grill I saw several dents, once I was done I realize the grill was extremely damage. I called customer service after a long time on hold a manager answered the phone I explained the condition of the grill , she offered me $300 dollars off if I want to keep like it is. I knew I wasn't going to be happy so I declined. A week later a couple guys came to pick up the grill, it took over a month to get my refund. Bottom line the grill looks nice online but that's all. Sam's customer service was awful. Also most companies offer 6, 12 ,18 or 24 months free interest depend on the amount of the purchase Sam's not even 6 months. I was very excited when I purchased this grill but after my experienced from star to end I don't think I'm going to buy anything online from Sam's again.
