This is a great grill and griddle combo. Love everything about it. Not that hard to put together but would be easier if they labeled the parts better and on the outside of the packing material to help identify the parts you are looking for. I spent more time identifying the parts before assembly than the actual assembly of the grill.

It took me about 4 hours to assemble—perfect timing for a solo project. I’m incredibly impressed with the overall quality. Highly recommend it!

I dont normally leave reviews but to the people leaving reviews that dont even owm the grill- get over yourself. Price changes happen all the time- if you want one- buy one when you can afford one. If you cant afford it-go work!!! Work more, work harder, pick up extra jobs, work is the real american way, not complaining about greed or prices. So about the grill- i have it, like worked hard, bought one, own one and absolutely love it. I built it in about an hour, but I did have all the tools and some convenience items- IE precision drill and ratcheting wrenches. Instructions are 4.5 star. I do have tiny piece of rust allready from where the paint coating has allready chipped off by the griddle side handle so build quality and craftsmanship gets 4.5 stars. Ease of use is 5 stars, aestetics 5 stars, features is 5 stars, performance is 5 stars, value for price at $999.99 is still 5 stars, cleaning it is easy, grilling itself is super enjoyable on this bad boy. All in all. I love it, and everyone now wants to come over and have me grill for them. Better than my twice the price outdoor kitchen so far. If you want one-buy one. If you catch it on sale- dont wait!

This was a really cool experience! Being able to navigate, zoom, and click on each individual part was awesome. The only thing that would make this experience perfect is included what part comes in what box. I found myself looking through each and every box to find the next step in the instructions

I bought this when it was marked down to $299, which is an exceptional value and why I gave it it a 5 star review. If I paid $800 or $1000 it would be a 3.5 star. It took me maybe 3 hours to assemble because I wasn't in a rush. One of the grill grates has a section broken off and another cracked. It doesn't affect the overall performance, just disappointing. I will see if they will send me replacement grates. The hottest I have been able to get the grill is 450, even with the thermostat set to BBQ. The front fold down shelf has some slight figment issues.

I’ve been researching grills and griddles for a while, trying to find something solid without paying a crazy price, so when I saw the Member’s Mark Pro Series Combo Grill %26 Griddle marked down from $1,000 to $300, I honestly thought it was too good to be true. After getting it, I can say the value alone makes this an incredible deal. First off, this thing is massive and well-built. Assembly is no joke—this is definitely advertised as a 3-man job—but I built it by myself. It took me about 4 hours start to finish. It wasn’t overly complicated, just time-consuming because of the size and weight of the parts. Having extra hands would’ve made it much easier. Unfortunately, one of the grates arrived broken and damaged during delivery by FedEx, which was disappointing. That said, everything else arrived in good shape, and issues like that feel more delivery-related than product-related. Once it was set up, I threw down on both the grill and the griddle. I’ve cooked everything from burgers and steaks to bacon, eggs, and pancakes, and both sides performed great. The grill gets hot fast and cooks evenly, and the griddle has plenty of space and holds heat really well, which made breakfast easy. The combo setup is exactly what I was looking for, and the fact that it also comes with a grill cover just makes the deal even better. Overall, for the price I paid, this is an absolute steal. Even with the minor delivery issue, I’m really happy with the purchase and would absolutely recommend it.

We got one delivered to be assembled. It was 80% assembled and then we came to a piece that was completely damaged and would not fit. They had to pick it up. We got a second one same thing happened this time. It was soon as we open the box, a piece is broken. Now it's been over three weeks. They've promised to come and pick up this broken one and they haven't done it yet after multiple phone calls. But worst of all they will not refund our cost until they've picked it up. Why should we wait week after week? We are not taking it up with the credit card company.

I've used this grill/griddle only a few times, and the griddle surface has already started to rust. I've tried cleaning it and re-seasoning it following the recommended steps, but the rust keeps coming back with no success. For a product in this price range, I expected much better durability. A griddle shouldn't corrode this quickly with such light use. Overall, this has been a disappointing purchase and I can't recommend it.
