I love the small footprint. I am not sure why this only has a 3.8 star rating. I have had no issues with mine and I love the recycle bin/bag for the pods.

I have several different pixie style coffee makers and was reluctant to change to vertuo. Glad I did, while the original is more flexible in some ways, the vertuo is absolutely cosistent. Best machine I own.

This machine leaks all your coffee and wastes pods. I’ve read lots of other review with the same issues. I do not recommend it. The coffee tastes great the 5% of the Time you can get it to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee is of good quality, but the virtuo machine needs to be able to brew at a higher temperature un order to allow the coffee to stay hotter for a longer period of time.
