Safety in snow

Living in Alaska, a reliable and comfortable ride is required, I love my truck and the only way I'll drive in snow and ice is with the Blizzak brand. The tires are responsive, reliable and fairly priced. You can't put a price on wellbeing. Thanks to the Blizzak team for making great tires.

Snow Tamer

When it comes to security in a tire when the weather wants to suddenly change on you, These tires can't be beat . Was headed back to Cincinnati from Washington D.C. last year when we were "pounded" by a severe snowstorm. Almost "white out" conditions. But these tires performed flawlessly. There was never a moment that I felt concerned about traction. I would recommend these tires for those whom live in areas of the country that have "quick " weather changes.

Bridgestone Blizzaks DM-V2

I purchased 4 Bridgestone Blizzaks WS-70 new winter tires in 2013 for my then new Ford Escape and used them for each winter up to 2021 and they worked amazing and are still in good condition. Bought a 2022 Ford Escape recently and had to upgrade to a larger winter tire and chose the Blizzak DM-V2 winter tires and on the ride home from OK Tire in Owen Sound and I already noticed a smooth and quiet ride. Sincerely Jim

Fantastic Tires

We live in Northwest BC and enjoy skiing at a local mountain that is inland 130km. Of course, the best days to ski are the worst days on the roads and we experienced every condition this past winter, including slush, sheer ice and deep snow. These tires (Blizzak DV-M2) instill nothing but confidence. I can't say enough...if you are considering a set for your next winter season buy them! You will not be disappointed.

My Third Set

This is my third set of Blizzak tires. The first two on a 2007 Nissan Murano kept me comfortably and confidently on the road during the winters here in the northeast. There was no question this would again be my choice for winter driving on my new 2022 Nissan Murano. The only difference this time is I had them mounted on a dedicated set of rims which provides more flexibility as to when they go on and come off the vehicle.

The Only Winter Tire!

Blizzak is by far the best tire for gripping ice. I was fortunate, to have opportunity to drive in winter conditions and compare these tires with other high end tires. We had 3 new 7 passenger vans with different winter tires, they were all comparable in snow traction but the ice traction of a Blizzak is superior!

Dove up iced over road

Drove with these tires up a 35 degree incline while other cars slid past. Also drove on compacted snow, fresh snow over ice and deep snow. Every winter situation drove fine, I didn't speed of course. I have 20k miles on them and they still have 40% tread left due to the amount of rubber they have compared to other winter tires. I change them out for summer.

Blazer Fun

I have a 2005 Chevy Blazer LS 4Dr 4WD. I had some winter Goodyear Extreme Winter tires on my Blazer, and I thought all this time the roar in my bearings was coming from the bearings wearing out. I just had them changed out and still got the sound, not thinking it was coming from the tire. I purchased these Blizzak for this year's Colorado winters and noticed as soon as I had driven off the comfort and steering. Then there wasn't a roaring sound coming from my front end. I'm sold. I don't care what the price of these is. If I'd known that it was just the tires, I would have gotten rid of them before not, and it would have saved me another couple of $100s on wheel bearings. I have not tested them in the snow yet, but it will be soon with Colorado winters!

The best for ski country

I've owned all of the brands and these are noticeably better than the others for true snow and ice conditions. It's excellent in rain and slush too. This is the tire for you if you need to drive in Ski Country or severe weather. Only thing that could improve is the road noise. I'm sure it's hard to have deep treads and no road noise. Take a look at the "New" tread depth compared to the competitors.

Wide Tread 4 snow/icey road protection. Happy with purchase!

Haven't driven on these yet in ice/snow however the minute I looked at the installed tires I was glad we went with these. The tread is very substantial for snow and I feel well protected now if there's ice. Heading to Tennessee for Xmas and their weather can be iffy especially with ice. Thanks Bridgestone!
