So disappointed that new dryer did not have an interior light. I didn't even know this was an option as I have never had a dryer without a light inside. To make matters worse, the interior of the dryer is dark gray making it difficult to see anything inside. How much did Samsung save not installing a light? Probably a few dollars at most. Whoever designed this has either never done laundry or not graduated engineering school. No more Samsung for us. They cheaped out

My brand new not more than 25 hours old dryer is defective! There was insulation fibers coming out of the drum and the light didn't work which led me to seeing the fibers all around the drum! Yes, they made the exchange easy so far, but I now haven't had a dryer for a week so by the time they deliver next Wednesday, it'll be 2 weeks. I am very disappointed and frankly scared the same issue will happen with the new one. I truly hope this all works out becuase I have many other products from Samsung and they all are stellar. I just can't believe there isn't better quality control and this unit made it off the assembly line.

We like using dryer sheets and our clothes always come out dry and smelling fresh. It offers the option of using its presets or allows you to set dryer time you desire. I've found the presets work great for me. This model has a lent basket that is well constructed and easy to clean. Clothes come out dry and lent free every time. So we've been using the dryer for a couple months and my wife can't stop saying how pleased she is with it. Not just how nice they look, but it's ready oof use, the boys needed little explanation on how it works and the capacity it great. Settings Are self explanatory, I regularly choose the Normal dry for everyday clothes, but for the heavier clothes like jeans I like to use More dry, and it's also equipped with an Air Fluff for a super gentle dry cycle. Using the presets negates the need to guess at dry times, just set it, press start and wait for the really cool end of cycle sound...super pheasant!

Large capacity, easy to use buttons, gets hot quickly. 10 months of fairly heavy usage and still no problems. Good purchase

A nice updated version of a regular ole dryer. Has lots of bells & whistles. BUT, it lacks one thing every dryer I've owned since 1974 had……NO LIGHT IN THE DRUM and it's VERY dark in there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did not like this dryer and returned it. Very basic and no digital reading. The door would not close flush against the dryer and would trigger the sensor to think door was open , even when it was closed....and the dryer would stop mid cycle.

Nightmare! You would think buying a new dryer wouldn't have any issues on the First day of use. Wrong! We are day 1 and So far the dryer shuts off at will 3 minutes into a cycle. This dryer was professionally installed by Samsung also. I'm just sick over this! I even traded in my old working dryer because I wanted a matching washer with dryer. I am so disappointed!

The settings and options are easy to adjust and it is just a very intuitive drier to use. I had it installed and was using it right away. Love the sensor dry feature! The 8 preset drying cycles works perfect for the verity of things we have. The sensor dry technology optimizes our drying time and saves us money on our energy bill. You can literally set it and forget it! The 7.2 cubic feet capacity allows us to dry sheets and comforters at the same time. Awesome purchase! Would highly recommend it!
