First unit I purchased had a broken heating element straight out of the box. Returned to swap out and now four months later the one I've been using regularly has just stopped working. Nothing happens when you shut the door, buttons don't make a sound. The unit just died. Guess it's what you get for $40 but won't be wasting my money again.

I purchased this for my father for a Father's Day gift 2020. Carefully shipped to his home, where it sat unused. I ended up with it after mine broke and his was still in the box. Used it a dozen times over 6 months and it has stopped working. Tried using a different outlet. Nothing. Please don't waste your money, buy a larger one and double check the warranty!

I purchased this 0n 3/8/21. When I took it out of the box and removed the basket, the basket did not want to go back in. I tried to use it for the fourth time 4/25/21 and it stopped working about one minute into the cook time. Nothing I did would start it back.

I have been wanting to try an air fryer, but the price of the larger ones made me hesitant. Found this at Sam's for under $40 and couldn't resist. It is only 2 quarts, which is small for more than two people, but works like a dream! Anything I have put in it has turned out perfectly. I love that you can pull the basket out anytime during cooking to check or shake the basket without interrupting the time remaining or temperature that you have set. I will be buying another one so that I can make two different things at the same time, for example; salmon in one, and asparagus in the other. I love it that much! It is also easy to clean! My oven is going to be used a lot less from now on.

Anyone who can't get the drawer shut is obviously hasn't taken the time to look at it. There is a tiny track on the bottom that has to line up. This is easy to do if you aren't trying to slam it shut. This air fryer is obviously not meant for a large family, but it works well for our family of 4. I cooked 4 decent sized chicken breasts in 30 min (2 at a time at 15 min each). This is less time than it would've taken to preheat the oven and half way cook them. It's very simple for my two children to make themselves some quicks fries, nuggets, etc too.

down fall if you use it daily like i do the cooking tray will start to peel away after 30 days i suggest any air fryer be used on a continous daily basis to see how it holds up farberware did the same after 60 days now i'm trying ninja as 1/20 just purchased

After just under six months of infrequent to moderate use, the non-stick coating started to flake off during washing and even cooking when something would stick to it. I liked the ease of use and results, but nailing down a good non-stick surface should be a priority. Sam's did take the product back for a (complicated) refund even without packaging, but it took a long time, Bad experience overall. But the experience doesn't change my opinion of the item... the non stick coating flakes off with moderate use. I've probably ingested some of it with my food. Unacceptable.

I purchased the Copper Chef 2qt power airfry and it is ok. I can not give a 5 star due to still trying to work out kinks as far as cooking in it. I followed the wings setting, but they came out not as crispy as I heard it would be. I would say that it is still probably a good investment for the price I purchased it. My daughter stated she loves it, but I am still working on the love part.

I purchased this product or copper chef air fryer and I'm so pleased that I did because supposedly I'm type 2 diabetic but I watch my intake on all ingredients are foodstuffs coming into my body like Grease and I've never eaten an air fried product and I've been eating french fries and tater tots try and them out and they are the best ever so hats off to copper chef on what they manufactured or designed here and it works great for myself cuz I'm in a 40 and a half foot fifth wheel trailer living full-time and it's just the right size for myself and another person and if you had a larger group you could cook even more and keep the food warm. Again is the best thing that I've purchased ever and I'm not bragging and the price was incredible compared to anywhere else.

So incredibly easy to use and clean. Love it and highly recommend.
