Wrong Order was made

I ordered these because almost each cupcake had a cupcake pick on them. When I picked them up it was not what I ordered. The lady said they didn't have the decorations that are in the picture that I ordered so they substituted for what they had.

Very upset. 1 set not there. paid for 2 identical 30 ct. Telling me both not ordered then trying to give me some random cupcakes. Finally gave me wrong design 30 ct. Nothing to compensate for my waiting or their error.

I order half and half cupcakes chocolate and vanilla. The bakery department gave me all chocolate. I was very disappointed no one notified me that they ran out of vanilla cupcakes. I have graduation students that cannot eat chocolate
