Ordered the custom graduation cupcakes for my daughter’s party. I was very pleased to see that there was no up charge for the sprinkles and graduation decorations. Everybody loved them and they helped me make a very nice looking display at the party.

They were delicious and very pretty. the only thing I wish they had more colors to pick from in the whipped icing. But not only are they delicious, they are extremely affordable. I have been buying the whipped icing cupcakes for years for all of my kids milestones.

The cupcakes are always great. I’m not a fan of the black icing to that is the last time I’ll order with black icing. Also I wish we could further customize to specify which cupcakes to make which colors, big no to black icing on a chocolate cupcake.

I ordered these for a grad party and when I went to pick up, they tried to give me the cupcakes with no decorations. I told the lady in the bakery that they were suppose to have graduation decorations. She said all she had some 2025 decorations and gave me a bag of them to put in the cupcakes. I'm glad I didn't have somebody else pick them up because they wouldn't have questioned it. The cupcakes were fresh and delicious though.

We ordered graduation cupcakes. They were a great price and tasted good for the price. The picture shown is not what we received. We wanted the decorations posted, but instead got a giant hat and diploma that covered 1/2 of the cupcakes, which were deformed after removing. They also wrote Class of 2025, but this is how it was spelled "CL A S S of 2 0 2 5" on one order and then "C L A SS of 2 0 2 5" There was room to put each letter on it's on cupcake and not squish the CL and the SS together. Also, we didn't ask for writing or the giant hat. These were to be individual cupcakes for guests to grab. Also my daughter chose maroon and black icing. The maroon did not look like it was pictured online. The black icing stained everything. People's mouths were covered in black, the tablecloths, napkins and utensils were stained. Many people did not like the icing flavor stating it was too sweet. While I save $30 with Sam's club over Giant, I wish I had just ordered from giant.

I order graduation cupcakes green and white with 2025 decorations. When my husband came home they were plan pink and green cupcakes with nothing on the them. I called Sams 4 times never getting a hold of anyone.. I live an hour away from the Sam’s we picked at so I couldn’t go back in time before my son graduation party started. Thankfully Walmart sold me decorations and we fixed it up a little but still had pink and green cupcakes.

As you know I ordered graduation cupcakes. When my husband picked them up he sent me a picture and the graduation decorations were not on them. I called and was told that they ran out of the decorations. No one notified me about that. Being a special occasion I was very disappointed. I would have ordered from someone else if I had known. Felt like it was handled poorly by the person on the phone. It was oh well attitude. We had picked them up the day of the party so it was too late to make other plans. The didn’t go with the party theme. Very disappointed!!!

I ordered graduation cupcakes for my daughter’s party, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. When I picked them up, all the decorations we had requested were missing. I was told they had run out—on the day of the party. No one called to let me know in advance, so there wasn’t time to fix it or go anywhere else. It felt like an afterthought on such an important day. The cupcakes tasted fine, but the presentation was a big part of what we paid for, and it just didn’t deliver.

The cupcakes were fresh but they did not pay attention to the additional details. It was for my grandson’s birthday and we got graduation decorations. I had someone else doing the pickup or I would not have taken them. They offered to fix them after an uncomfortable silence on “how are you going to make this right?” They had already left town and couldn’t go back to pick up the correct ones.

I ordered 2 30 piece cupcakes. There is no way to confirm your order in the checkout screen, and my order was messed up. If I would have been able to verify on the final screen before I paid, I would have seen that I made the wrong cupcakes. Horrible website interface. Do better Sams!!!
