The fit is just right and the quality is delightful for the value. They are very durable as well! Even when getting out of the bed, the sheets are still in place, and that’s important for me. They are SO soft and they are so comfortable to sleep in. You literally feel like you're laying on the softest cotton cloud. I'm a hot sleeper and they are not heavy and hold heat either. They stretch so great from on corner to the other corner of the bed. We move alot in our sleep at night these sheets will NOT come off the bed while your asleep like most bedsheets. The elastic keeps our cover on the bed and we sleep so good at night.

I think the product description says all I need to know, 1200 thread count, Cotton Rich Sateen and deep pockets. I have a 2 inch mattress topper and these sheets fit great with the deep corner pockets and covered the entire mattress. I love this beige color as it goes well with any color scheme. They are so soft with a silky feeling and are also moisture regulating. I highly recommend these sheets for yourself or even as a gift.
