My son, nephew, cousin and I had fun spending time together while building the gazebo. I had a few questions and your customer service was extremely helpful and kind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this over the summer and after a couple of days of work to install (rain delay) the end result is beautiful. It's solidly built and stands up to high wind. The 12 v outlet allowed us to install a nice light fixture in the middle. I'm considering getting another in a smaller size for our pool area.

The gazebo is perfect and very well constructed could not have asked for better. Now we have to see about getting patio furniture to go with it. Go Configure did an amazing job of installing the gazebo for us. Did it in a matter of hours not days. Just Beautiful.

I purchased the Barrington 14x10 gazebo and had absolutely no issues putting it together. I could not be more happy with how it looks after putting it together. It's everything I had hoped it would be. Please give the person or team a bonus or raise as they are some of the best assembly instructions I've ever seen. Between that and the Bilt app on my iPhone, I did not have any questions whatsoever in the building of the gazebo. Simply perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I assembled the gazebo over a period of 3 days. Watching a video with organization recommendations was very helpful. As noted in the very thorough instructions, positioning the roof panels requires additional help. In the end, you have an extremely attractive and rugged structure. It's a bargain if you are comfortable with the assembly, or if you can contract the assembly for a reasonable price.

Let me start off by saying the Gazebo looks amazing and is very sturdy. I used both paper and the app directions while putting this together and I thought they were very clear and easy to follow. A big lesson learned was to set every little baggie of screws, bolts and washers in a way that makes them easy to find. Do the same with the boards. That is the most time consuming part. Finding which board, screws and washers go together can be super difficult if you aren't organized. Now for the bad: my set came warped. I haven't seen wood this warped before. Having to ask for them to send me replacement boards cost me DAYS putting this together. Luckily they have great customer service. It was a major frustration of this project. Some of my roof panels didn't seem to line up even though they were square. This was do to warped boards not aligning with the purlins. I'm happy with the end result… once i get my new ridge cap because i had a bent one…

We love this gazebo - it is very sturdy/solid and provides great shade from the heat of New Orleans. The customer service and installation were very professional and exceeded our expectations. The built in electric panel lets you charge phones or power a radio or TV - I ran outdoor lights under the roof along with a small outdoor fan. I highly recommend - nice addition to our patio!

Not only did it come in the size we needed, it can withstand snow, hail and wind up to 100mph!!!!! It also had the option for assembly, which is well worth it. Overall our Gazebo is more than we expected! We raved about it so much, that my Sister bought one too!
