We purchased this through Sam's Club. The main reason we went with this brand is that it is rates for 100mph winds. The other brands were farliwe, often only in the 40mph range. We live in Florida so this is especially important. My husband built it largely by himself, got some help from a friend to lift certain sections. The one downside is that there are no accessories sold specifically for this model, such as a bar counter or screen kit.

Pretty easy to assemble. Definitely need 2 strong backs and 1 helping hand to set the roof pieces into place. Download the BILT APP and that will help tremendously. Read the directions and watch the App video, multiple times to get familiar. Put everything together exactly in the order in the directions. I accidentally skipped a step and had to go back and start over. Put this together by myself other than hiring the 2 strong backs to help put roof on. 2 THUMBS UP

I've had this gazebo for about a month now and it is by far the most superior gazebo you can buy right now. The stain, wood quality, and metal materials are stunning. The heat rejection in the 90+F sun is great!!! This build is very strong and feels absolutely solid. Now the building process... first of all, delivery is super expensive but I understand why. It's VERY heavy. I didn't want to spend more so I opted to build it myself. With the help of my wife, and 4 other family members, we were able to finish it in 4 afternoons. It is a lot of work. The process is quite simple due to all the predrilled holes. But the sorting all the materials, drilling in hundreds of screws, lifting the roof up to the top... the instructions say 2 people are good but I think that's if you're a professional. Make sure you have people that are willing to dedicate time to help. BUT it is all so worth it. It's beautiful. Just make sure you get clear oil to seal the wood! I wish i had done it prior to building it (you need to do it to stay in warranty) but I realized afterwards.

It is not only well made, but is beautiful. We have added. TV, lights and an outdoor fan. Our back porch has become a whole new “ room” to enjoy.

It was a few hours a day, for 4-5 days to get the job done, and the instructions were very clear. There was an appropriate amount of extra fasteners provided - if you drop a washer or two, it's ok - there are a few extra. The finished product looks great, and has been a great addition to our new back patio and fireplace.

Unfortunately I do not have the gazebo up some issues that I am trying to clear up has held up the assembly. I did see this gazebo in person set up in Sams club and I fell in love with it immediately and it is so sturdy and so well designed I knew right away that i had to have it. Again I cannot take pictures or video until I have it assembled, but be rest assured that I will share many pictures and video as soon as that happens. I bought this a few weeks ago and we are in love with it. Our back deck is all sun and it is too hot to spend time out there. We bought a few cheaper quality gazebos that didn't last and decided to get a high quality one this year. We were highly impressed on the quality. Delivery updates were provided and it was delivered on time. The delivery persons were courteous and handled everything professionally. The directions are very clear, the parts are well labeled, extra screws are provided if you drop or lose one and it was overall easy to put together. We were concerned about putting on the roof pieces, that they would be too heavy-but they were not. My husband and I were able to lift them into place easily. We needed to contact the company regarding an error my husband made with the screws. Customer service was great and they put the screws in the mail promptly. This is a company that stands behind their product!! I would recommend this product to anyone.
