This gazebo is very nice when complete. We were concerned with space and the level of our concrete patio since we have a pool and the concrete slopes so we opted to put it together ourselves. Oh my.... that was a project and there was much cussing. But the finished product is absolutely worth it. We've installed a ceiling fan and string lights. We will be installing one of backyard disvovery's grill gazebos that matches the Cordova as soon as the slab is ready!

Very well crafted and holds up to the crazy winds we experience. We live up on a bluff and have never been able to have any additional outdoor structures due to the tremendous wind; however, this gazebo stands solid and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase.

After seeing what a great addition my sister had added to her home, it was a no brainer. I bought the exact Gazebo to add to my patio which was the 14-10 Cardova. Like my sister I plan to add a Hot Tub to complete this addition. I would highly recommend this or any ther product Backyard Discovery has available. The price, quality and setup are all 5 stars….

They were all surprised how nice and clean it looked. I have been enjoying it every chance I get. All my friends and family love coming over to hang out. Next Spring will be fantastic. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read some reviews did 95% on my own, thought the tin was cut wrong, thought of cutting it, laid out with some help holding in place,was cut perfect just had to move tin down a little bit lower than spec.really just three of us installed the roof panels. Took probably 2 days in all. But worth it.

I spent countless hours researching gazebos. I searched all over for a very high quality gazebo that would last a long time and that looked great on the new patio I just installed. I stumbled on this gazebo on display at a store by me and I was really impressed with how well the structure was made. Even though it is a dark walnut stain, it had an ever-so-slight hue of red color on a couple of the posts while my wife and I were looking at it in the store. Also, we were looking for something that had a black roof as opposed to a dark brown. So my wife and I decided to keep looking for another option. We looked at other brands which was aesthetically exactly what we were looking for (natural light wood tone with black roof). However, the quality was no where near this. From the max snow load to the wind certification of 100mph, and the impressive quality of the steel roof and cedar, there really was no competition. As you can see from the pictures, there is no red hue at all and it really looks awesome against the gray paving stones I have. CONS: There was a couple nicks and scratches, as well as some waviness in the roof. Also, it comes with screws to bolt into the ground, which is an optional step. The screws to anchor it to the ground were not as high quality as the rest of the structure, so I bought concrete screw anchors (1/4” DIA. x1-3/4” L). They worked out great. Lastly, I love the electric hookup, but the cord was a little short for where we needed it to go by a foot or two. It would be great if the cord length could be adjusted. There are workarounds for this like placing the electric panel lower, so it's not the end of the world. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

We purchased to include build. It all went smoothly and, in the Hill Country heat, this shaded area is an oasis poolside! Makes it very comfortable to both use the smoker and eat outside now. We are still decorating--a work in progress. Beautifully constructed, with electrical outlet and ample roofline to insure water (we need rain) sheds to the exterior. Thanks for helping we retirees to get this beauty built!

The Gazebo did take longer than stated, but that is to be expected with the amount of hardware that is needed to put this together. It was difficult to see the numbers on the boards with the darker stain, but by process of elimination, we were able to figure it out. The customer service has been fantastic and both agents I have spoken to about stain have been absolutely accommodating and wonderful. Thank you.

I bought this last summer for my concrete patio. After some back and forth with the company contracted (through the backyard discovery website) to put these together, we ended up putting it together ourselves. It was not easy because we did not have the correct ladders or other equipment needed. Otherwise, we really like it.
