Gazebo I purchased.

I have never been so frustrated with the material of wood and cuts that are provided in this kit. This thing has been an absolute nightmare to put together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and installed this a month ago, the install process is lengthy so I recommend packaging with an install. The only real issue is the kiln dried wood dried warped over time, so try and keep the product out of the sun If installing over multiple days. As with most kits, the most time consuming process is sorting parts. Overall I have gotten lots of compliments and would recommend this product.

We bought this for shade around the pool. The order took months and we had to contact Sam's to find out when it would be delivered as the time allocated on the website was not accurate. We were told they would contact us to deliver, yet one day we arrived home to find it all over our lawn in the pouring rain. When we assembled this structure though, the directions were good and the structure seems durable…

We purchased this about a month ago. My husband & I (in our 70's) worked for a couple wks between rain(&snow) to build the pieces. Our boys came last Sunday & in an hour, put the roof panels on! Beautiful gazebo & very well-built. Every thing fit perfectly!!

Wow. Great Buy. Would rarely go out to our backyard as the Florida weather can be brutal. But now that we have our new Gazebo, it is a pleasure. We enjoy sitting outside while having our morning coffee. My husband assembled it and then his brother and our son-in-law finished the final stage.

My family and I bought this piece for my mom for Mother's day. We assembled it this past Friday (May 5, 2023) after buying it Wednesday (May 3, 2023) everything seemed to be going fine with assembly, but one of the panels will not line up the way it should because 2 boards are warped. With that being said, there are 2 major gaps in the roof, and we don't know how to fix this. Really disappointing because of how much money, time and frustration was spent with just that one panel. Like I said everything else fits together fine, just the one 14' panel has bad boards. You can't expect perfect, but for that kind of money it's a little disappointing.
