Dear MemberWe appreciate the feedback albeit hard to hear. We are reviewing the content now to see if we can add clarity. Separately, we spent over a year attempting to duplicate homemade or restaurant made gravy with real bones, real herbs and no fillers, that mimics both true homemade quality with cleaner and healthier ingredients, we believe we succeeded. I would like to offer you a live sampling by myself and our head chef as well as an additional unit of this product so you can give us some feedback. Deal? j.rainero@kinders.com

Thanks for giving the gravy a try, Tyler! Sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations, but we'll be sure to share your feedback with our team.
