This was my first time trying this dish and it made making sweet potato casserole easier and it went fast off the table when served. Everyone loved it. Wish it was served year round

I erroneously assumed these were candied yams but they're not. They were just mashed sweet potatoes with some butter and a touch of seasoning. They were good but I was very disappointed.

I used this for holiday sides; just add my own raisins, stir. Add my own topping which I make gluten free. Saves much time in peeling, cooking, mashing the potatoes. Love it.
