The one thing you cannot top with this vacuum is its ability to clean hard surface floors. Though I do wish you could turn off the brush roller because I need to vacuum dirt and sand up in the kitchen everyday on a hard floor but with the brush roll on all of that makes it hard to use on my carpet afterwards. The rewind is not as good as hoover or panasonic, it really takes as much time as winding the cord yourself. It's got its pro's and it has its cons.

We bought this after going through all the reviews and the need for an updated vacuum. After assembly and vacuuming our entire house over a few days, we saw from the canister ALL that our elderly Bissel was missing! Wow! This vacuum is well worth it and so much easier to clean and maintain than our elderly Bissel with the bags.

I have been disappointed with the suction power on this vacuum. Over time, the suction quality has gotten poorer and poorer for me. I have changed the filters and cleaned the canister. Not sure if I am doing something wrong? After a short time of having this vacuum, I am deciding to buy another one.

I bought this vacuum when I first moved in to my apartment back in May 2021 and it was amazing but recently started noticing the electrical cord gets really hot after I use it and today it smelt burnt the electrical cord got stuck in the bottom of the vacuum and was burning !!! Soo Dangerous around my kids wouldn't buy again because of this !
