The dog hair in the house was driving me crazy. I was buying every broom possible and none of it worked. This vacuum is amazing. It has powerful suction, easy to use, and is very light in weight. It picks up my dogs hair with no problem. I recommend this product. Sorry to say, it is better than my other $600.00 vacuum.

Had the vacuum 8 months! Spinning brush went off set and makes that propeller noise when shutting off... can't fix it myself or need whole new piece.... for $100 didn't last long, pet free smoke free home, used once a week on normal carpet.... unbelievable

After only 9 months of use, the knob to raise and lower the roller stopped working, and the roller would keep stopping, even on the highest setting it could go. Even worse, when I exchanged it, at Sam's, they no longer have the Bissell Cleanview Pet, so I basically got the $69 version, when I had originally bought the $99 version. The cheaper one does not have the same (awesome) brush roller and just seems so cheap. We'll see. 😕

I had high hopes for this! The write up and marketing are wonderful, but it does NOT live up to expectations! I've had it for over a year. Suction was good…. Until somehow it overheated. Now the hose won't stay on and the part that overheated isn't replaceable! Buy a better machine.

Did not last for more then 4 months.. I am a house cleaner and don't have clients everyday so it wasnt used every day but it died with in 4 months . It got clogged very fast and would stop sucking anything up . It had the full red indicator on every time you turned it on . It got louder toward the last month and just keeps clogging. I even took it apart and cleaned it after every clean . Junk

Started having issues with this vacuum within 6 months of owning this vacuum. Became very loud and was not able to clean everything from the carpet. I was told by customer service it was a brush roller issue. They also told me that is recommended to replace the roller every 3-6 months. Ordered a new roller and don't you know that was the issue. Roller went bad again about 5 months after the first replacement. This vacuum is costing more than expected with constantly replacing parts.

I have 2 kitty kids, 1 shorthair and 1 longhair. Vinyl flooring with area rugs where they have access and carpet in the 2 other rooms. I have been using cordless vacuums for at least 5 years and they burn up due to the fur. Received this last night and immediately started using it. 5 canisters of fur and dust and didn't even go into 1 of the carpeted rooms. WOW!!!! I am amazed at the efficiency of this vacuum. Easy to assemble and easy to use. If you have fur kids this is the vacuum for you!!!!

Wow I'm amazed at this vacuum cleaner! I have pics to show how horrible my last one was, but then one surpasses my last one by a ton! You won't go wrong with this vacuum. Only issue I had was it's missing the wand, so I'm not quite sure why.. but I love it!

Have a herd of rescued cats and they all shed all the time. Thought my Shark vacuum was great until the suction hose split right in two so I replaced it with this Bissell. Knew it would be good but I am blown away! Just a few passes in a bedroom and the canister looked full! I keep a clean house so I'm horrified at what the Shark was missing. Not enough words to say how happy I am with this vacuum. House even smells cleaner and I can actually see the difference in the carpets. I haven't used the attachments yet but I'm sure they will be great for the furniture. So happy that I had to text friends right away.

Decided to grab this becuase it was only $109. WOW was I wrong. Ran the kirby, then ran the Bissell over the same rug. I filled the vacuum twice in a 14 by 14 bedroom with a queen bed and furniture, after running the kirby repeatedly over the carpet. I cannot compare it to a more expensive newer vac since my old kirby was my go to. We have 2 dogs. The hair and pet dander it pulled was amazing and disgusting at the same time.
