Hate the vacuum it's too heavy hard to push or pull,hard to get it to go in the direction you want to go. HATE IT.

Doesn't suction well at all. Belt broke within 6 months. I placed it guest room that we don't use candy forgot about it so stuck with it now. Definitely wouldn't buy again

I have had bissels before this vacuum model was a disappointment. The area where the belt is accumulates dirt and pet hair and breaks quicker. You can keep replacing the belts and repair person informed me it's common for this model.

Best vac we have used in years. But, the included tube is not enough and is also the oversized style - for ordering aftermarket, buy the 35mm or 1 3/8" size.
