Excellent Price, works great on hardwood floors and carpet. Easy to dump the bin. Very pleased with this purchase. Happy that Bissell supports animal shelters too.

Fabulous price and great quality! This is easy to use and easy to clean. It has great suction and I now have 2 of these vacuums. I would definitely recommend.

This vacuum is as advertised. We have 2 German Shepherds so lots of shedding. This vacuum handles it wonderfully. Even though it's a little heavy, it maneuvers easily and has great power. It's also easy to empty; no more bags!

We have one dog inside. She sheds the equivalent of three dogs. Hardwood floors with scattered area rugs. Unbelievable the amount of fur and dirt this vacuum cleaner picked up on the first go! This vacuum is replacing my Hoover upright vacuum that died after just a couple of years. Very excited about this one!!

I've read reviews on so many vacuums and most break in some way in the first few months. We've only had it for just over a month and so far, so good. I hope it stays that way, but we bought the Allstate insurance protection plan just in case. Figured it was a good investment since they just don't make vacuums like they used to.

Love this vacuum the ratings are true it is superb it does a wonderful job it has Auto cord rewind, imagine that! It's lightweight easy to get around works on hard floors and carpeted surfaces ample attachments for me it's a great second vacuum to have upstairs, so I don't have to bring a vacuum up and down the stairs, also for backup in case the other one fails that I keep downstairs a different brand but I like it as well, LOL. I strongly recommend this I would buy this without hesitation I have no regrets and it cleaned so thoroughly you will be amazed I know I was, and I have several of the other brand pet rated vacuums, I can't say I don't see the difference but it would be hard to say what the difference is, just buy it Sam's has a really good return policy but you won't be returning it!

For the money, it's ok. I wish it had better suction but since it's new it does a good job. I have a Tibetan Spaniel and she sheds a lot and I have to vacuum every day. I had a Pet Dyson prior for over 5 years and was expensive. Though out my life I have had several high dollars vacuum cleaner and would have to have them service within 3-4 years, which cost about $150, so I decided to purchase the Bissell and am pleased with it. I have had it for a month now.

Our last vacuum cleaner gave out. It was a shark. We were devastated. At first we didn't want to get another brand but we don't have slot of indoor/outdoor pets so we wanted to try it out. We will never go back to anything else. It worked exactly like it said it does. I had just vacuumed the living room when I got it delivered to my door. I opened the box and put it together (within a minute or two) and redid the carpet over with this one and it picked up a whole bunch of pet hair!!

Normally I purchased Hoover brand vacuum but since my recent Hoover burned up after a couple of years, I decided to give the Bissell a try. I'm pleased with the suction power after a month of daily vacuuming. I have a German Shedder so a vacuum cleaner must've pretty good to keep up. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver so I would recommend it!

Love it so far. After calling Bissell to locate my “missing part” - customer service was super nice - I put my vacuum together in 5 minutes and immediately used it. I have all hard floors - tile, laminate and vinyl and it worked great on them, getting all the little bits of dust, etc that the broom misses. I also love how all the extras fit right on the vacuum, the cord is inside the vacuum so no need to wrap it. Finally, I didn't think I'd like that I can see all the dirt it picks up, but turns out, I do. I was surprised how much dirt I picked up when I had swept the day before (I have 2 dogs).
