I really like this vacuum and I have two young kids (crumbs everywhere) and a dog (hair everywhere) It does a really great job, especially on my rugs, and my kitchen floor

I am pleased with the vacuum so far after two uses. The cord gets in the way sometimes and it makes a loud whistling noise for some reason. I haven't tried it on stars yet but so far, so good.

I love the sweeper. I just wish it had a light on the front and the level adjuster could be done by foot. It smells wonderful with the Febreze filters. The sweeper cleans really well too!

Great suction. A little hard to push on even low pile carpet, but overall, the suction is great. I have 2 cats and it's like I have swept both cats in the sweeper!

Excellent vacuum. Great on laminate flooring. Doesn't blow dirt away when going forward. Gets very close to corners on sides and front. Swivel head makes it easier to maneuver.

After the first use I noticed that it did an exceptional job what time I'm getting dust out of the carpet. That is the fairest review I can give at this time.

A good vacuum at a fair price. Yes there's some assembly required, but there's some with most things that you purchase, and it's not difficult, and you can learn about the features while you spend the few minutes putting it together.

I'd bought a Dyson approximately 4-5 years ago. I was impressed at first, but it kept breaking down in one way or another and I couldn't use the wand after a year of use. So far I'm as happy as can be with the Bissel!! The suction beats what my Dyson ever did. $110 versus a $450 paperweight? There's no comparison in my books!!

Note: does not have light; very cheap plastic housing and hose; brush/beater continues to turn when using attachments on hose---this is real problem whether using stair attachment or other and base-brush continues to turn where it sits fuzzing up carpet, etc---you have to tilt main unit to lift brushhead off surface; then the On/Off is a kick-button hard to reach often when using attachments. I returned the unit. The stair attachment seems like it would be helpful but only on stairs due to the angle it fits on the hose, and then you have to deal with the brush base continuing to turn - Ugh!

I love the cord rewind but our Golden Retriever was too much for it. I had to change the belt nearly every week because there was so much hair that it clogged the machine, and led to the belt breaking. This machine is good for pets that are not super shedders.
