I love the furniture but I hate putting stuff together - give yourself a couple hours and a couple beers and you’ll do just fine.

Nice (although same assembly is required)

Very nice patio set.  Cushions are very comfortable.  Chairs & sofa have nice wide arm rests.  Came with complete furniture cover set.

Don’t pass on this set .

The wicker line don't match up, chairs rock and it's not comfortable at all. I had this delivered yesterday at 2 pm and want it picked up. Customer service is terrible. Don't waste your time or money.

Appearance of the set and comfort of the cushions etc., was great. Would have been 5 stars, but had a few issues. 1) in the online shopping cart it said free shipping if I upgraded my Sam's membership, but I still got charged almost $200 for shipping; 2) the box was *extremely* beat up on the pallet and there was some damage to the pieces - nothing major but I'm going to have to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't rust; and 3) Easy to put together except for one armrest - I think the couch was bent because I had to use c-clamps to get the bolt holes to line up.

Again, lovely piece for my patio and absent the issues would have been 5 stars.

After looking at the 'hardware' stores and then the 'fancy' patio furniture places I discovered this online.  What a fantastic set!  It came in one box that required assistance; however, once unpacked and sorted, it was easy to put together.  The cushions are firm and covered with great outside material which is easy to clean; I have grandkids!  On the patio this looks fantastic!  Everyone raves about it when they come over.  This is a great value and is fantastic quality.
