After looking at the 'hardware' stores and then the 'fancy' patio furniture places I discovered this online. What a fantastic set! It came in one box that required assistance; however, once unpacked and sorted, it was easy to put together. The cushions are firm and covered with great outside material which is easy to clean; I have grandkids! On the patio this looks fantastic! Everyone raves about it when they come over. This is a great value and is fantastic quality.

This set looks so great out on our patio with our outdoor fireplace. The lumbar pillows add to the overall comfort and the wide armrests on the chairs were the perfect place to set a cocktail. The aluminum coating make the piece look like wood but will hold up in our desert sun. I will update you on how the fabric does in the sun over time.

I was so happy to see this set available on Sam’s Club website and quickly ordered it. An email from the shipping company allowed me to set the delivery date and time. The delivery was on time (ten minutes early!). A couple of screws were a little difficult to get in but patiently they did go. Everything was simple and smooth: ordering-notification-delivery-set up.

I bought this EXACT set in May of 2020 and BOY! Have we loved it in SW Ohio! The cushions are 6” and so comfy you can fall asleep in the chairs. The sofa is long enough to stretch out and nap on. It sold out completely very quickly. So when it became available again a few weeks ago, I bought this set AGAIN for my daughter in Vegas. I did buy outdoor covers for the upholstered parts for us in Ohio since we get lots of rain and snow. Daughter put the set together in under an hour with a cordless screwdriver!

Looked for awhile for a set and am happy we purchased this one. Easy enough to put together. We didnt put together the table because we have a gas firepit we would rather use. Like other reviewers said the weave on the chairs and ottomans is not straight but not bad enough to be noticed. Nice quality otherwise and looks like it will last a long time.

I am very happy with my purchase. It was delivered on time in one big box, Took hubby an evening to put it together but well worth the effort. The pieces are a little larger than I thought but it has tons of layout options. Not really a fan of the stripes but that can be remedied. Has to be the most comfortable sets I have ever owned.

Great looking patio furniture set. Sturdy and comfortable, with a firm seat. Cushions are gray, not tan. Wicker frame has both gray and brown in it, while the metal parts on the arms and table are brown. Took awhile to assemble, be sure to wait to tighten screws after they’ve all been inserted. I recommend assembling the chairs in the fashion they direct you to assemble the sofa - it’s easier. Arrived well-packed in one large box.

We chose the Manchester because of the wide arms that are almost like mini coffee tables. That's a unique feature. I thought that the cushions would have more of a deep seating, sink-into-the-couch feeling, but it's not that great. It's comfy, but not awesome. Also, the couch and seats are a little more upright than I prefer. Probably not a big deal for most people, but I would prefer to be a little more reclined.

Beautiful set! My husband is a big, tall guy and this furniture fits him well. Our old set's back was too short - the backs on these pieces work well for him. I wasn't crazy about the throw pillows, so I added different ones to better match our taste. There is assembly required, but it took my teenage daughter and I about an hour to put it together, not a big deal. However, it took me an extra 45 minutes to get the furniture unpacked from the shipping container -- also not a big deal, but just know that you'll need a good morning or afternoon to unpack and assemble. (2 person job) Well worth it though!

Appearance of the set and comfort of the cushions etc., was great. Would have been 5 stars, but had a few issues. 1) in the online shopping cart it said free shipping if I upgraded my Sam's membership, but I still got charged almost $200 for shipping; 2) the box was *extremely* beat up on the pallet and there was some damage to the pieces - nothing major but I'm going to have to keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't rust; and 3) Easy to put together except for one armrest - I think the couch was bent because I had to use c-clamps to get the bolt holes to line up. Again, lovely piece for my patio and absent the issues would have been 5 stars.
