We've had this set 2 years now and we love it. The cushions are super deep and comfortable. The Sunbrella fabric is great and mostly stain resistant. Some scrubbing is needed for stubborn spots. We've updated our patio and wish there were accent pieces we could buy to match our set like side chairs. I see other Mark Agio sets have lounges and bistro sets that match. We might end up buying a second set just so everything matches.

Looks very good but mine had a defect. It arrived on time, perfectly packaged and carefully delivered. However the. Frame of the sofa was broken. Sams customer service was very responsive and the manufacturer is willing to replace the damaged sofa; problem is, due to COVID-19 it may take up to 12 weeks. The sofa is functional for now and everything else looks great and seems solid. I understand that occasionally quality issues happen but they all responded really quick and are going to fix it, so that’s why I gave them 4 stars.

I had searched long and hard for a patio conversation set for our backyard pool area. Literally, I went everywhere physically and searched online everywhere. I remembered seeing sets at Sam's Club and thought I would just check them out online. I saw this set and felt it would fit perfectly. I was a little nervous to buy online, but the majority of the reviews were good for this set, so I went ahead and ordered it. Delivery was earlier than expected, each piece was perfect upon delivery, no pieces missing. I actually put most of this together myself! It looks beautiful, is super comfy, and fits our space and needs perfectly.

Ordered this set February 2020. It arrived on time in one big box. Unboxing & assembly took to of us about two hours. Pretty simple assembly thanks to good instructions & clearly labeled parts. The set itself is gorgeous & well made. Very comfortable too! We love the ottomans which can serve as extra seating when needed.

My wife was so excited about this set, was delivered and I opened it to find the hardware had already been opened as well as some of the packing for the chair. I have to return it, I am afraid I will be missing parts as well as cushions and then Sam's club will say it's my fault . We really like it but are afraid to open it... So. Just be careful if you do buy. Disappointed

I chose this set for our new home, because one of the responses from manufacturer stated that the cushions were 6" (what I was looking for). It arrived and cushions were 4.5". Our set is only 7 mos. old. The majority of time, it was winter and too cold to use. We've just begun using it, and the cushions are not supportive - not quality/density for furniture. Love the set otherwise, but I'm going to return. Cushions should last more than a few months.

I purchased this set a year ago to put on a covered deck. It was only outside for 3 months and stored inside my home for the winter. Just put it out for this season and noted rust coming through the wicker from the metal beneath. On the underside of the table and ottomans there is extensive rusting of the exposed metal. Very disappointed.
