I’ve had this switches for a few years. Then Janus 2023 they stopped working all of a sudden and the app is no longer available this is ridiculous. A WASTE!

This is probably the worst smart home device I have ever tried to configure. the UI here is a total failure. Look at the reviews it gets in the App Stores. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clunkers. TOTAL FAIL!!!

This is one of the most frustrating apps to deal with. No support, always offline for some kind of maintenance. When it works, its great - the ori.ary word being WHEN.

pretty confident that these outlets are no longer supported. we've had them for a couple of years and about a month ago or so they died and you can't get to the website or download the app from the app store anymore.

These were great for about 6 months. We used them all the time. Now, they won’t connect to Amazon Alexa and the skill to use them has been completely deleted. We can still use them through the capstone app but that’s not why we bought them.

Apps for both Apple and Android are no longer available. The skill in Alexa is no longer available. Existing user accounts no longer accessible. You won't be able to setup and configure these plugs. They're essentially useless.

These have absolutely no reliability what so ever. Continuously loose connection and need to be reconnected. TOTAL GARBAGE!! Software is a Joke. Alexa skills not supported

I agree with the others, works great after a tricky setup. Finally figured out how to rename each device and put them on a timer schedule. I have 6 in total now

App not available, this item should be pulled from the store as the servers no longer work and the app isn’t available for download making these pretty much paperweights.

First ones I purchased worked great, so I purchased more, Now all have failed, Cannot log in to the site, Cannot change my password, cannot create a new account.
