This product is well made, very sturdy and strong. The directions were very easy to follow and it was very easy to put together. I put it together by myself in about 30 min and was able to use right away.

I assembled the bench by myself. The next day my brother helped me "reset" some of the bolts so the bench was balanced. The instructions recommend that two people assemble the bench and I can see how that helps.

It would be perfect if the bench height could be regulated too. It's a quite uncomfortable starting workout by crawling up on the bench. And I am not short. Otherwise it is something I was looking for.

Wasn't hard to put together, its pretty sturdy. My only complaint is there is no place to put your feet when your trying to get your pelvis up on the pad, that makes it a little tricky.

it is big enough for my frame. 6' 215#. but probably won't work for bigger.

You can't beat this for the price. I thought they would be really expensive, but they are not. This is a good addition to our home gyn.

This is a great value in my opinion. I do back extension with heavy weight to supplement my strongman training and this product has held up fine.
