I really like this equipment. It has helped my lower back pain alot. Really hits that part of my back that you can't really get from any other exercise.

It would be perfect if the bench height could be regulated too. It's a quite uncomfortable starting workout by crawling up on the bench. And I am not short. Otherwise it is something I was looking for.

For the price, this seems to be a great product. After my pregnancy, I am having a lot of lower back pain, so I ordered this to try to strengthen my back and aleviate some of the pain. Good price, works well for my needs!

Wasn't hard to put together, its pretty sturdy. My only complaint is there is no place to put your feet when your trying to get your pelvis up on the pad, that makes it a little tricky.

it is big enough for my frame. 6' 215#. but probably won't work for bigger.

Good quality for the money. Very easy to put together. Gives me a good rip and stretches the back muscles nicely. I am 6' 2" 200#.

I expect that if I am going to have issues it will be with the pad since the frame is very solidly built.
