WARNING NOTICE: I purchased an ultra firm pillow top mattress that was a floor model. I like the firmness. It was perfect for two years. I rotated every 6 months. I now have hump in the middle of the mattress. You don't see it. You just feel it. Sterns and Foster does not back up their products under any condition or defect from floor models. Although I don't know the history of this mattress on a showroom floor, I can't imagine that I should have this happen after two years. Just letting the public know.

I like the mattress a lot. It is very comfortable. My only issue I have is that I did not receive any paperwork that told anything about the warranty although I did register it online. I don't know for how long it is under warranty. Please send me information about the warranty to my email address.

I had a Stearns and Foster mattress a few years ago, but I had to donate it when we moved. I bought a different brand, but I woke up with lower back pain way too often. So recently, I decided I was going to buy another Stearns and Foster, and my back pain is gone. I will never buy another mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got the opportunity to product test a Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Firm Pillowtop - Queen size mattress. I can honestly say, both my husband and myself are sleeping much better. We have had this mattress for a week now, and I waited until now to write the review because I wanted to give the mattress a fair and honest review. We have purchased several foam mattresses over the last 15 years, so it has been a while since we've slept on a mattress with springs. We have been talking about upgrading our mattress again, due to our mattress sinking and not allowing a full nights rest for either of us. When I was contacted to product test a Stearns and Foster mattress we jumped at the opportunity. I was going into this trial a little nervous about it being a firm pillow top, as usual I like softer mattress. However I have to admit, I am very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and supportive this mattress is. My husband is thrilled that he no longer wakes up several times due to me changing positions. We both have noticed our sleep quality and morning pain has greatly improved. Although I do think I would enjoy the feel of a medium to soft pillow top, and my husband would prefer a little more cooling, we both agree this is the best mattress we had had in quite some time. One thing that really surprised us both is how high this mattress is. It definitely sits a lot higher on our bed than any of our old mattresses. I kind of have to hop into bed, but I'm a people mc nugget, so I'm used to things being to high for me.

I have had my new bed for almost 2 months and from the first night I slept on it my back aches stopped and my feet were not hanging over the bottom. I have felt rested and get good sleep nightly. I love the ability to raise the mattress so I can watch TV and when I have had a hard day adjust it to the position I need for the night.

I purchased my mattress as I was working for mattresss firm I love the sterns and foster collection! I was having bad back and hip pain and upgraded my mattress to the lux estate I love it I sleep well. My husband loved it as well, the perfect level of softness for me not supper soft and not super firm. Only thing I wish it had the option to feel more on the tempur indulge foam and the mattress can be very heavy when I'm changing the sheets. I love the support of the springs. The weight of the mattress is my only con but as far as comfort and quality I'm super happy! I don't see myself changing this mattress any time soon definitely will stick to the sterns and tempur family for my sleep needs. I plan to add a adjustable base in the future, been thinking about it . Great mattress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had my 1st restful nights sleep in a long time in the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Pillowtop- Medium. I suffer with low back pain, but even after 1 sleep on this matress, I could move better & think clearer because I slept so good! When I read about this mattress having a cooling technology, I really didn't believe it, until I slept on it. I did not get overheated during the night, which was amazing because we leave out thermostat a little warmed than the downstatirs, so it was a win for me! Previously I had purchased a mattress that was for side sleepers and thought it was great until I had my hip replaced. With a new hip I found it was like sleeping in a hammock. My new mattress is wonderful, no more hammock feel but a luxuriously firm mattress that allows me to sleep comfortably and longer.

support started failing at 3 months- now little over a year and it is unusable. inspection did not show pillow top indent of 2" (support failure below pillow top!). retailer blamed it on S&F - apparently no one makes mattresses like they used to? still paying for 200 lb mattress that we cannot spend an entire night sleeping on due to pain created by lack of support. purchased foam toppers but not enough- and now getting stuck in the trough and cannot even turn over. so disappointing. S&F uses money to promote branding but no longer on quality manufacturing. now mattress shopping again while still making monthly payments on this mattress soon to be out advertising its failure in the trash. be forwarned. if you are unhappy this company has impossible criteria for return.
