[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been sleeping on the Lux Estate Medium Pillowtop for a little over a week and love it! My husband likes his mattress on the softer side and I'm the opposite liking my mattress firmer--this was the healthy middle to both enjoy a good night's rest. The only thing that was different than I expected was the height of the mattress. It's not a deal breaker, but if you are purchasing the mattress online without seeing it in person, be sure it fits your headboard adequately. I'm redecorating our guest room and I think our future guests will also enjoy sleeping on this mattress

I really like my new mattress. I tried it out for a couple of 15 minute trials in the store prior to purchase and it felt amazing. I actually believe the medium with a pillow top would have been my preference, but was not available to try. I sleep pretty well on this mattress but find I sink in a little more than I expected after laying in one position for a while, so that when I move from my back to side, I lightly wake, but return to sleep as the new position provides me comfort. The quality of the mattress will hopefully keep the support I need for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Sterns & Foster Lux Estate Ultra Firm Tight Top, queen as a promotion. I am a stomach and side sleeper and found this to be extremely difficult sleep on as is. I woke up in pain the first night and unable to fall back asleep. This bed is just too hard for myself to sleep on. My husband however, didn't mind the firmness. My hope is that the bed will "loosen a bit" over time. In the meantime, I now have a mattress topper and am enjoying the bed finally. I do like that the bed is higher now. I am 5'7" and just fit comfortably. Ultra firm is not for everyone and I'm sure a select few would benefit from this stiff mattress.

My son owned a Cassette Luxery Ultra Plush which was no longer offered so when I called Stearns & Foster they advised me to buy the Lux Estate Pillowtop Soft. The customer service representive told me to try and find a store that carried that mattress before finalizing my order and to try it out. I found the mattress and brought my son along to see if it was comparable to his mattress and we both agreed that it was. I paid for my order and was so excited to receive it. I placed the order in mid June and it was delivered on July 3'd. The first thing that I noticed was that the mattress had a Sealy tag attached to it and I even questioned the guys who delivered it but they were unable to answer my questions. I knew that I ordered it from Stearns & Foster and they take pride on making your mattress so they say. The next thing I did was to lay on the mattress and I knew immediately that it wasn't the same that I laid on in the store. I called customer service several times and they advised me to walk on the mattress to make it softer. The next time they told me that my mattress was firm because of the temperture in my house. In the end they told me to try a featherbed to break it in and when that didn't work I bought a three inch gel mattress topper. After poor customer service I'm stuck with a mattress that cost a lot and is poor quality. My message to anyone who is considering on buying this mattress is just don't waste your money! I had a problem and customer service hung up on me several times before getting someone to help me. Because of them and their advice I have a firm mattress that I'm highly dissatisified with. I saved up to buy a mattress like my son had because I have pemanent muscle spasms but I feel like I'm laying on a brick pile. I'm using the gel topper so I can at least tolerate it. It's by far the most expensive mistake that I have ever made!!

I have issues with my lower back, trouble sleeping at night and wake up stiff, since receiving this mattress through Bzz, I have slept like a baby!! The support is amazing, it isn't a stiff mattress, nice and pillow like but not to squishy. And I still can't believe I got this mattress for free, I just have to review!! I cant recommend enough, now my teenagers want one!! Puppy approved!!

I give this 2 stars. I bought this several months ago and for the first little while it was great. But within a short time, less than two months, it was sagging where I usually lay and didn't recover. For the extraordinarily high price of the mattress I expected a long-lasting comfortable and supportive product. What I got was far from that. If I try sleeping elsewhere on the mattress I roll into the dip. The dip itself does not provide the comfort that I need for my bad back. What an expensive mistake this was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I went from a king size bed to this queen size bed so we had to get used to sleeping that close to each other again, but after we got used to that I slept SO GOOD. I feel like the mattress adjust to my body perfectly giving me amazing support no matter which way I laid. The plush pillow top makes me feel like I am laying on a marshmallow cloud, it is so soft, but the mid firm layer under helped keep me from feeling like I was sinking down to far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stearns & Foster sent me this Lux Estate Soft Pillowtop Mattress in queen size for free so that I could review it. For that, I am incredibly grateful! I honestly wasn't expecting much from the mattress. As someone who suffers from an autoimmune disease, I've grown accustomed to aches and pains. For background, I added a 3" memory foam topper to my old bed just to sleep comfortably. My family likes to travel, and I actually take memory foam with me to try to make sleeping on a different mattress tolerable. I expected this new mattress to be a similar experience. I planned to try it for a few nights so that I could provide my (expected to be negative) point of view and then compare/contrast with my husband's opinion while I went back to my 3" memory foam. Now here I am, weeks later... No memory foam in sight! And I haven't even asked my husband's opinion. For the record, he hasn't complained, which basically means he likes it. I have no idea how the mattress does it, but I've been sleeping really, really well - no tossing and turning or waking up periodically throughout the night. I fall asleep quickly and wake up in the same position hours later. I had no idea how not-well-rested I was feeling until now. It's been amazing. Only time will tell if the experience continues, but I am feeling extremely optimistic. This isn't the outcome I expected, but I am so happy that the mattress has completely defied my expectations! One final note that I must throw in, even though it's completely irrelevant: the mattress is gorgeous! The deep blue with pattern... I'm sad that it has to be covered up; it fits the Lux Estate name perfectly.

I have a bad back and it was the perfect with me getting a good night's sleep, the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel that is a little smaller than our last queen but not only do I sleep very good on it, my back does not hurt when I wake up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like my heading states, the Stearns & Foster Lux Estate Firm Pillowtop Queen Mattress is the BEST mattress I've ever owned and slept on. I'm a single mom and my budget for mattresses isn't very much and I'm used to sleeping on mattresses that go flat in a matter of months. That being said, every single night of sleeping on this Stearns & Foster feels like the first and it's been weeks! I'm not a tiny woman, I'm tall and pushing 200lbs. I haven't been making a dent in my new mattress and that makes me so happy! It's not only pretty with the designs, the pillowtop part is super soft and it's honestly the best mattress I've ever slept on!
