We visited many furniture showrooms and laid on many beds but kept coming back to Stearns and Foster. For various reasons we bought our bed directly from Stearns and Foster and found their customer service to be top rate. We are primarily side sleepers and found this medium firmness bed gave us the proper support. It's been two weeks now and so far are very happy with our decision. We are not only sleeping better and longer but wake up more rested and with less aches.

If anyone is interested in purchasing a Sterns & foster you will not be disappointed I look forward to going to sleep every night. The mattress is incredible. The mattress changed my life. Stearns and foster was my mattress of choice some 20 years ago. I needed a new bed and picked another brand. What regrets. I woke with pain all night long switching from 1 side to the other to try to sleep. I finally realized I needed to return to the brand I chose years ago. What a difference. No more pain during the night, no more pressure points keeping me awake. Love my new mattress. My husband, who wasn’t happy about making a new purchase and getting rid of a 4 year old mattress is so relieved we went back to Stearns and foster. My son loves his and my sister has just placed an order.

Suffer from a bad back. The firm mattress gave me the comfort and support needed for a good night’s rest. Just after one night, could feel the difference. Woke up refreshed. Wife says she hasn’t seen me sleeping this soundly in years. The mattress is absolutely perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I went from feeling like I had been hit by a MAC truck every night to feeling well rested on most nights. It provides support while still giving me cushion on my hips as I'm a side sleeper. I would say the only challenging item is it's very heavy so trying to lift the corners when putting on sheets is pretty challenging.

This mattress has totally removed the pain in my left hip. I did not expect it to improve my night's sleep as much as it has.

This mattress is so comfortable I fall asleep so fast and I wake up pain free. No hip or shoulder pain. Love my new bed. So glad we made the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I fully expected I'd need time for my new mattress to break in before it was comfortable for me, which I was dreading. But nope, it's been perfectly comfortable from day one (and my back is grateful)! I'd fallen in love with a friend's old old Stearns and Foster mattress (did I mention I have back pain?), so I decided to buy my own, and what a difference it's made. I'd had a 15 year old Sleep Number before, which had broken down and was extremely painful to sleep on. The Stearns and Foster I fell in love with was at least that old and wasn't broken down, thus my decision to purchase one, and look forward to many years of use. From the smooth online ordering to the delivery timing and customer service, I couldn't be happier, so I'd definitely recommend investing in this mattress (for reference, I have preferred a soft mattress before this).

Aside from experiences with Mason and Glenda, who were very helpful, the Customer service team was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. It's not worth the headache buying from, and dealing with Stearns & Foster.
