We bought the Pop and chill box for our children and had to get one for ourselves. The compartment sizes are perfect for our lunch appetite. We were overall very happy with the purchase.

I purchased in January 2023, both broke in the same week. One because of the hinge and the other because of the latch. Customer service was fast and effective. Replacing both boxes. I do like that there is a 2 year warranty on the products!

Pegs that attach the lid to the box are poorly designed. Mine broke with a year. Also, the divider that separates the large compartment is not sold separately. 10 year old lost it within a week, dumping his left over food/wrappers in the trash.

I like the divider that it comes with so we can pack a variety of lunches. It does not leak and it is easy for my son to open and close on his own. Easy to take apart and clean as well. Overall very happy!
