I bought 2 of these in September thinking it would be great to bring my lunch to work as a teacher. I was so excited when I saw it was leak proof and dishwasher safe. I only used the dishwasher (top rack) for the inside tray ONLY and once it came out, there was a little warp in the center. I thought this may have been why the box was not leakproof after, so I DID NOT put the second one in the dishwasher. Fast forward to December, and both bentigo boxes are now leaking when I put anything with a little bit of liquid in it (IE Peaches, canned/strained fruit) The juice runs out the sides and often into my backpack. I still use them as I like the compartments but I recommend putting them in a plastic sealable bag and bringing handiwipes.

I have been using and purchasing Bentgo for the past 4 years for my 2 boys. I have always been impressed with their function and never leak! We recently changed to the Modern version which I love their sleek design and movable divider which offer great flexibility. I did experience a defect which Bentgo was amazing and excellent customer service. I will continue to purchase their products for many years to come.

We have two of the Bentgo Modern lunchboxes and they are working great for the kids. Sturdy and easy to clean. The one divider that is removable can be easily lost (and they aren't available to repurchase, but I'm working with customer support to get a replacement..). Definitely good option for school lunch box.

I contacted customer care today regarding a warranty. my sons handle had broken and the customer care Rep handled the replacement seamlessly. Thank you. Looking forward to my son getting his lunch box to use again!

I had to call Customer Service today to have one of the lunch kits replaced. The process was quick and easy. My customer service rep was kind and handled my issue quickly.

Great for school lunches, although the lock broke off after only a couple of uses. Taking advantage of the 2-year guarantee and the process is so far pretty easy. Will be updated when the item is replaced.

I bought this lunch box for my 5th grade daughter and she loves it. She love the style and look so much. This became her favorite lunch box. It holds enough food she needs for the day.

This is perfect for my middle school children! Bigger compartments than the kids version, no wasted space, and an adjustable section! Fits plenty of food, even for my always hungry preteens!

I have used several bentgo products for my daughter and this is my favorite so far. Easy to open and use for her and I love that you can move the divider depending on what you are trying to pack. I also love the look of this style!
