Got two of the modern bento boxes for my kids (9&10) to use for school. We have tried so many different styles of bento boxes over the years and have also done the traditional lunchbox/sandwich bag set up. This has by far been our favorite bento box we have used thus far. Removable insert makes it super simple to clean. I love that it doesn’t have 10 thousand tiny parts. It keeps food separated for the most part outside of anything with excessive liquid that may seep between the seal. Overall happy with it and most of all we love the size!

We are big bentgo supporters! Both our kiddos use their products for preschool/school. We upgraded our eldest child to the modern version as there is great space for more fun food options. We love the divider option! Brilliant addition. This modern lunch box isn’t too big for our 7 year old. We also use this for our picnics! Lots of storage options.

I have used bentgo religiously with all three of my children for their school lunches, ranging from Pre-K to middle school. I bought this style for my two oldest for this school year and it has been perfect for their lunches. We can fit a variety of foods in it and the separate sections work great for it. Now that they're getting older, my kids loves this more modern style. The colors and accents are great!

This was our first purchase of Bentgo products. We liked the overall size of the lunchbox (it fit in our current Jansport lunch break lunch bags), the size of the individual compartments (big enough for full apple slices), the removable divider option, and the color options. We had intended to use them for everyday school lunches for a 7 and 9 yr old. Based on the product images and product description I interpreted the individual compartments to be leak-proof, but they are not. We tested with water in one of the compartments and it leaked into both the other compartments. I can't be sure, but I feel like the product description has been updated since I purchased and describes the product as leak-resistant. We are going to try one of the other Bentgo styles, one that is geared towards kids and sloshing around a backpack and being tossed in a bin, while foregoing the microwaveable tray and beautiful calming color options.

I bought this bento box and i couldn't be happier with it. Its perfect for packing left overs, it doesnt leak and i love the removable tray. The company is also great they responded so quickly when a piece of my box broke. Couldn't be happier, i definitely recommend this brand to all of the parents of my preschool class.

My daughter and I love the Bentgo box. She prefers it over any other lunchbox as she is able to pack multiple items. She enjoys everything being available at once. However, we have had to replace it twice as the hinges keep breaking! Nonetheless, I keep giving it a chance because she loves it so much!

I bought 4 of these for my 4 children. I use them every time I pack their lunches. They’re very handy for packing different types of foods in one container without the foods running together (who wants strawberry juice leaking onto their sandwich bread). One word of caution: my one son dumped his container over the trash can and didn’t realize the divider piece falls out, so we lost that almost right away. But, it is still nice for the divider piece to move so you can fit differently sized foods. The boxes do make their lunch bags heavier than normal. But my 4 year old can still carry it just fine. The cost was hard up front (and especially since we bought 4!) but overall I have found it worth it. We now don’t have a bunch of random plastic containers and don’t have to worry about finding the matching lids! Also, we had an issue with one of the latches breaking off and they are sending us a new box!

I bought this last summer for my sis great daughter to use for school. She loved it and it was very leakproof! However, at the end of the school year the back hinge broke. With her being a two year warranty, I called and they have no problem sending us a new one. Great customer service!

We've had this for about 3 months and it has held up great. I do wish the rings are easier to clean. They have been stained (pasta sauce) and difficult to clean. But there were no noticeable smells or mold, which is the most important thing. No leaks. Holds up great.

I bought this for my child to use for school. She has a very large appetite and this lunchbox has been perfect. Big enough to hold a decent amount of food. I love the movable partition as it provides flexibility with contents of the lunch box. You will not be sorry if you buy this.
