[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bentgo modern lunch box keeps my food fresh the foods do not touch each other so it was easy to please my son he's 4 years old and very picky as far as my use of the lunch box I am very satisfied with it this modern lunch box is very useful and is made so well food stay hot or cold for hours it's easy to pack and go highly recommended!

Superior quality material - food grade, perfectly locking and keeps the good sealed, extremely good looking and can be converted to a four or 3 compartment depending on the food you want to carry - Makes this the best for all the Bentos.

We have three Modern Lunch Boxes, one each for me, my husband, and our very hungry 5th grader upgraded from his kid-size one. The size is perfect to portion lunch+snacks for my workday, and it fits in the kids lunch bag with room for ice packs and a bag of chips. They've held up well, even with a couple tumbles onto the kitchen floor. My one gripe: The divider. I like the idea of an adjustable compartment, but we've lost two of the three dividers, and the main compartment is too large for anything but a salad without it. The divider fits fairly loosely, and while I haven't had anything leak from the smaller compartments, the divider definitely does not create a leakproof seal. It also falls out easily if you invert the box -- I suspect we lost ours from someone absentmindedly dumping the remnants of lunch into a trash can. I'd be happy to purchase replacements, but for some reason the divider is not among the "replacement parts" offerings. Back to the positive, customer service is very helpful and responsive (but I hope Bentgo offers dividers separately in the future!).

Love these lunch boxes! We’ve been purchasing these since my oldest daughter was in kindergarten (she’s in 5th grade now). They’re super convenient and keep food separate and fresh. My only wish is that the company would sell replacement divider inserts for the lunch boxes. The dividers fit snug in the older model boxes but are looser in the newer boxes so within the first couple days of sending them to school with my daughters, the dividers were lost in the trash when they dumped out leftover food. I contacted customer service to inquire about replacement dividers but, unfortunately, they do not sell them individually. However, customer service was very helpful and offered to send one-time replacement lunchboxes for the inconvenience. Very happy with the level of support and resolution I’ve received. We will definitely continue to purchase Bentgo products.

I've been eyeing Bentgo boxes for awhile and ultimately decided on this modern style so I could use it in addition to just my kids. Also my toddler has a big appetite and I liked that the compartment sizes seemed larger than the ones with the patterns (the "kid" ones). The white is so beautiful! Very happy with this purchase. It's very high-quality, easy to clean, and has a removable divider so you can convert into 3 or 4 sections of varying sizes. It also fits in our mini kids backpack without a problem.

I bought this super pretty bentgo for my daughter. I somehow cracked the tray insert during hand washing. I called for a replacement and although they couldn’t replace the insert, they offered to send out a whole new lunchbox! Great customer service bentgo! Thank you for showing me I can purchase bentgo with confidence!

My son comes home everyday saying how much he loves his Bentgo. Unfortunately, he only gets 30 minutes for lunch/recess. He and his friends eat as fast as possible so they can play. His Bentgo allows him to flip the lid and start eating. Nothing to unwrap or open. Highly recommended.

I bought one in September and one in October. The one I bought in October had an issue where the hinges snapped off. Bentgo has been responsive in offering a replacement and generously accommodated me since I no longer had my receipt and offered a replacement in exchange for a review. I suggest hanging onto your receipts until Bentgo upgrades the hinges as I can see this is currently a common issue. Overall my kids love their Bentgos and are having fun packing their own lunches I’m considering getting one for myself.

We have been using Bentgo for over a year for our kids’ lunches. So when it was time to return to office, I decided to order Bentgo for my own lunches. It makes such a difference! I can fit everything I need in here, I have multiple ways to configure the box for different foods, and I don’t have to worry about my lunch leaking into my laptop. Also very easy to use and clean. So happy!

So bought this last Christmas for my teen daughter with a case, ice packs, and utensils. Although the insert is high quality (stands up well in the micro, doesn't stain, easy to clean), the box itself is NOT...I ONLY washed it maybe once or twice in the dishwasher and after the 2nd time the cheap plastic hinge snapped off when I was closing the lid one day. the hinges are just little knobs....not high qual. Now since it broke I am pretty much forced to buy another one.....
