I bought this for my daughters in August. We noticed that one of the boxes had a hard time closing. It seemed like the insert was too big for the box, although with a little pressure it would close. 3 months of use and the prong that acts like a hinge broke off. I contacted Bentgo with images of the defect. Although I no longer had proof of purchase they offered to send me a new one to replace the broken one. I'm guessing we had a random manufacture flaw in the one box. My other daughters bentgo box closes smoothly and has had no issues so far. They're easy to clean and unless you put something runny like yogurt in them, the compartments won't leak into each other.

We have had this lunchbox for about three months now, and my son loves it! The top came off, and when I reached out to bentgo, they had wonderful customer service, and they are sending a replacement out right away. Would highly recommend buying this.!

I recently bought the Bentgo modern life lunchbox #2. I love it but have lost the plastic divider that fits in the main section, I think it accidentally went in the bin! It would be great if I could purchase a new divider, but they are not available for purchase. Without the divider, the wrap/small sandwich moves in the large section and falls apart

I bought 3 lunchboxes Bentgo modern for my son's and husband. We're using them everyday and they're perfect. The package is beautiful, the lunchboxes also. Everything seems very organized and I'm sure my son's are eating better now because for them Everything looks more appealing. Also they save time because they don't have to be opening multiple boxes or packages during lunch. I've sent them hot food and eventhough in the instructions the lucnh box is not supposed to be a thermos for keeping hot food, they've said everything is still in good temperature and not cold but good to eat. Food is well maintained. Is easy to clean, to store and to transport. My only regret is why I didn't find bentgo before !

I got the lunchbox and bentgo bowl a few weeks ago. Order initially missed bowl, but Customer service was wonderful and sent a replacement quickly. Lunchbox is well made with 4 compartments and has a nice seal. Sleek look! I’m excited to pack food to-go without having to use plastic bags.

Such a cute bento box. Love the design. Wish it was a lil lifter tho but then again I guess it’s more higher quality. Love that you can microwave the inner tray. My only thing was the clasp broke after using in such a short time but messaged customer service and they were accommodating and replaced my bento box. Appreciate th

I have been using Bentgo Kids lunchbox for the last two years. My kids never had a problem with it like spilling etc. It still looks like a new one. Recently I bought this one for my friend for her new job. Because my friends love cooking homemade lunch. I just know the quality of Bentgo lunch boxes. Unfortunately, there was a small dent (it looked like a manufacturing defect). If it was for myself or if the dent was on the bottom, I would not mind it. So I shared my concern with customer service and they sent me a new one in a couple of days. I tried to return the tiny dented one, but the customer representative insisted on me keeping it or donating it somewhere. God, I have a lot of respect for them. Most companies require us to send the defective one back which is a hassle and kinda suspicious. Thank you.

These lunch boxes are awesome. Despite sealing really well they're easy for my kids to open and close, so there's no worry that they'll come open in their backpacks. I like being able to keep up to four different parts of the meal separate, so fruits and veggies don't get other things like chips and sandwiches damp.

Love this lunch box as an upgrade from the toddler version for my second grader. I’m able to pack a full sandwich as well as other items that all stay separate. I also use one myself and for car trips and picnics. Couldn’t be happier! Great customer service as well from Bentgo that I’ve used a couple of times.
