This is my second iPad, the first one I got it December 2012. It worked great for me. I'm replacing it with the newer model cause the screen was cracked twice, and for this old model it's better to buy a new one rather than fixing the old. I love everything about this iPad, and take it every where with me, it's handy, good size screen, like you have all your documents, photos, emails, archive, accounts.....etc. with you anywhere you go. I didn't discover yet all the opinions, and upgrades the new iPad has, -since it has been almost 8 years between the two models-, but I'm so excited to do. Every time I use it, I feel "Yes! that is a good choice".

Why would the packer not put bubble wrap around this expensive iPad, not just a piece laying on top of iPad so you know it was shifting all over in the box! I hope its ok when its turned on Christmas Day ! I was always taught take pride in your work no matter what your job is , people will notice!

It's is a very good deal for the money. It had a battery health of 92% (checked through coconut battery). There was a little scratch on the body, which isn't visible once I put cover. Rest everything is good, like a new iPad. The charger that came along isn't good, it used to heat up while charging, I just use my lightning cable for charging.

The iPad arrived later than expected due to stock but when it finally came in I was fairly pleased! This is my first ipad so I have nothing to compare it to but its very easy to use and the graphics are great. Though the screen isn't laminated like newer ones, it doesn't make that much of a difference and you don't notice it. Definitely recommend buying if the price didn't convince you already.

Walmart has definitely stepped up their game I purchased this online on Saturday at around 2 PM and it was at my front door Sunday at 3:30 PM USPS delivered it from another store 1 1/2 hours away I had an iPad 2 - I haven't used it in a few years.... definitely an upgrade.... I'm going to use my old iPad as a picture frame and upload some photos to it to display in my living room.... I purchased this on Saturday and I noticed on Sunday the price went up $80 I almost bought a refurbished one to save $30.... i'm glad I didn't This came brand new sealed in the box I'm uploading some apps now to it...so far so good - if anything changes I'll leave another review

I love my iPad. I can do face Time with my kids and grandchildren. Waiting for another sale and immediately I will buy one for my dear husband. Thank Wal-Mart. The delivery was exactly the day that they told me I will get it. My daughter is getting one for my granddaughter.

I'm coming from the iPad 7th generation, and although I was very satisfied with that tablet, the improved processor for the 8th generation convinced me to purchase this newest model. Right away I can tell it was a sound decision, as someone who uses their iPad constantly throughout the day I'm very impressed with the performance of this tablet. This is a purchase you will not question the value of later. if you already have a case for the 7th gen, it will fit the 8th gen as they are identical in shape.

Very satisfied, migrating from an old iPad (32GB, 7th gen) to this new one only take 20 minutes with iCloud back up. can't be happier with a smooth transition. 128GB is good enough for kid to do their homework . Trade-in old one got some money back, which is awesome!

Screen can easily break good with apps and videos I pushed too hard on screen and it broke please bye a screen protector it's big so protect you products it should come with a screen protector and case bc u need all this to keep this tablet longer than a week

I am old, 72, and have a hard time figuring out electronic things. This is kind of simple I guess, they say, but then its actually not after you get so far. You still have to have a younger brain to understand so much of it. I am getting email, but dont have anyone to help me complete setting up so I can browse. I only wanted it for email and text messages and browsing, and going to my online accounts and taking care of business and seeing pictures nice and large, all while relaxing on my couch. Being old we do that a lot you know. Well I now realize I cannot do text messages and I cannot browse. Also there are way too many undesired and univited pop ups on news and other stuff that I dislike invading my space and making me go to more trouble to move it before I can go to what I want to get at. I find these things most annoying. And a small thing...my hands are weaker, fingers and wrists, so it isnt really pleasant to hold it. I realize that nothing can be done about that. I will just continue to use my cell phone and perhaps one day get one maybe 7 or 8 inch size. And have someone at the store set it up for me.
