This seasoning does not taste like traditional store bought taco seasoning. The 1st time I made taco meat and ate a spoonful from the pan, I was not too sure about this. Once I paired it with a corn shell, onion and cilantro, I really liked it a lot. I also dropped a heaping teaspoon into my Mexican rice and it added some great flavor. Ancho chilies have a smokey flavor and this is what you get, a great smoky flavor, enhanced by lime.

Either these reviews are fake or people dont know good taco seasoning. It taste like a bottle of smoke paprika with some added spices. I guess the smoke flavors is from the chilis because it does not list smoked paprika in the ingredients.

If you want your tacos to taste like they just came out of a smoker for 4 hours then you'll love this. While I enjoy that flavor and do smoke meats. I don't like that flavor in my taco meats

I love the Smokey and lime taste this taco seasoning blend offers! It’s the best tasting and my family loves it!! I buy 4 bottles at a time!! Definitely recommend Kinder’s Taco Blend!!

I eat a lot of tacos and range from homemade mixes to store bought mixes and plenty of tacos at restaurants. For whatever reason, this is really a letdown for me. I like the others in the Kinder's line so I expected to like this too. It seems like the flavor first is 1) off - not quite mexican or taco flavor and 2) very bland. I used a lot and still couldnt quite taste it.

Not as good as their other spice blends. It doesn’t have the flavor of typical taco seasoning

This seasoning is amazing!!! So much better then the typical taco seasoning. I also use it for fajitas.

Love Kinder's but this particular seasoning takes a lot to actually taste it, and it's pretty bland.

I don't think this tastes like taco seasoning. It tastes barbecue-y to me. Not bad for that but did not satisfy my taco craving.
