I tried this for 30 days and I do not like all the memory foam in this mattress, it's too hot to sleep, I sweat all night long and I am used to a traditional innerspring mattress, and I do not like that there is no bounce back or is really slow to bounce back, the memory foam is very prominent. This mattress was not soft enough for me (my body would fall asleep if I was sleeping on my side and my shoulder would hurt) but may have been if it weren't for all the memory foam. I do have issues with back/neck pain. This was a good quality mattress and I hope Stearns and Foster changes or adds a model that doesn't have so much memory foam in a soft TT or soft pillowtop that is affordable. I would hope to try this in the future because it seems like a well-made mattress and I never experienced what they were like before Tempur-Pedic acquired them, maybe I would have liked them then but couldn't afford it at the time. Hope this helps someone, and I hope Tempur-Pedic can make a mattress without so much memory foam!

I have chronic pain. My new bed has helped greatly. I can more easily get comfortable when trying to fall asleep. Before I got this bed, morning was especially painful because my muscles were always stiff and it took some time to work out the tightness. Now this is less of an issue. I am very happy with my purchase.

I have terrible low back pain and on my old mattress I'd wake up in excruciating pain and have trouble getting up out of bed. With the Stearns and Foster mattress I am sleeping better and waking up in very little pain. I definitely recommend this for someone with back pain.

I am 62 and bought the Estate Collection Firm Pillow Top mattress with adjustable frame 127 days ago. My old mattress was soft and caused back and hip pain so I opted for the mattress with the firm topper. I am a back and side sleeper. Although the mattress initially felt comfortable and luxurious it started agitating my back and hips and I feel pain within 10 minutes of getting up in the morning that lasts all day. Unfortunately, I cannot return the mattress (trial period expired) and it was a very expensive purchase for me. I'm considering buying a Tempur-Pedic topper to see if that gives my back and hips some relief. I wish I had purchased a mattress with a medium topper instead. The medium one may have given me that hotel level luxury sleep I was striving for.

After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. We just purchased a King sized Stearns and Foster Estate mattress. It is very comfortable and very well made. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to buy a new mattress! We have had other products before and this is by far the best mattress that we have ever owned.

It is too squishy and is far from firm. It is also extremely hot to sleep on. It cannot be flipped, however we do, because the side without the foam is more comfortable and less hot. In short, you'd be better off financially and loads more comfortable buying a futon and sleeping on that. This mattress has changed my life by causing me to wake up every morning with a backache. I haven't had a good night's sleep since we purchased it. I am tired, achy and grumpy. There is absolutely nothing to love about this mattress. Don't be a fool! Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere!!!
