Made cheese and chocolate fondue and it was great

Terrible. Both items arrived broken with many missing parts. There was not even a pot in one of the boxes. Instead there were two heating units!

Very lightweight for something that stated was made of stainless steel. No lid included to keep food warm when not using.

My husband made fiesta cheese for Christmas in it. Everyone loved it so much that he made it again later in the week.

Purchased as a gift from Sam's Club. Item was shipped with original box *AS IT'S SHIPPING CONTAINER* -- crumpled & covered with shipping labels!! Way to keep it classy, Sam's.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this fondue maker with one exception, the cord is kind of short so you have to plug it in pretty close to the outlet. Regardless it is easy to use and melted the chocolate quickly. It was fun to have family fondue dessert night and I would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a fondue maker and just recently I got the Dash Easy Fondue Maker and so glad I did! For starters I like the black and grey color since it matches my kitchen perfectly. Everything needed (besides ingredients) including the forks are in the package. It is super easy to set up and the included instructions and recipe book are very helpful as well. I always thought fondue makers were just for chocolate and cheese but there is so much more I can make, and I am pretty excited about that! Warming it up happens really fast too. It is also very easy to clean. I really love this and will definitely be using it a lot during the week and especially parties and holidays too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Fondue Maker is very nice. It comes with 8 forks and small pockets to hold fruit. This set is great for families and small parties. It keeps chocolate or cheese warm. I do wish it was a little larger and held more but it's still nice to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So my family and I like to do hotpot at home and I was really excited for this because it's bigger and easier to clean than our current fondue pot. It's two parts, a base and a pot, which makes cleanup much easier. Unfortunately it had a hard time keeping the broth consistently hot. I tried putting less broth but it still took awhile to heat up and stay hot. We had a lid that fit the top and that helped but it was not fun to play the waiting game with a bunch of hungry people. We had to keep putting the lid back on after someone put something in the pot. We only did hot pot, I feel like it could work for something thicker than broth. Not my favorite but it's nice to have a second pot
