So good to find an electric fondue pot. Large size is perfect for a large family or having guests over. Heat regulates to cook meat or keep cheese or chocolate warm.

Picked this up through an instant savings deal. Used Aldi's Fondue Cheese, and the fondue maker worked well. The cord plug seems a little loose on the connection to the fondue maker, but functions perfectly. Nice purchase for the price!

Great fondue pot but as others stated the magnetic cord is very touchy. Does not take much at all for it to fall off.

The set works fine, but the components came in a regular cardboard shipping box and not in the factory original packaging, without any instructions and warranty booklet. Don't understand why Sam's Club would ship an item this way??

This is fun (with grand kids). But the heater is of low power to melt cheese. You may have to do it on a regular stove and use this only as a warmer.

Fondue is what you expect for price. OK, but nothing great. Forks come apart if you let them get too hot. I've reglued two after one use. The problem is Sams Club. They ship it in the flimsy original box. The first one was so damaged that Fedex wouldn't try to deliver it and unbelievably, Sams Club just cancelled the order instead of reshipping. I had to reorder it which is a whole nuther story about incompetence and confusion on Sams end. The second box was so beat up, that the Fedex driver told me to complain, but the actual fondue set was intact.

I bought this item a week ago knowing the poor reviews of item being damaged during shipping because of improper packaging. I thought the company would correct the issue. However, fondue pot arrived in a busted box which the delivery person had taped everywhere. Would not purchase from this company in the future.

Fed ex left it in a puddle by my garage not in a bag cannot be a gift. This is the second order not good.

Shipped in original box all taped up. Not packed in another box. Opened missing plug and metal stick holder. Now have to drive for 30 minutes to return. So disappointed.

To tell the actual truth, I have never tried the product. I have ordered it twice and returned it twice without using it. The low rating is not for the product, but for the way Sam’s Club ships this item. The first time I ordered it, they shipping it in its retail box, which is just flimsy cardboard. It fell apart during shipping process and I guess the shipping company just taped the box without putting all the parts back in. I called Sam’s Club and told them what happened and that I did not want it shipped in the retail packaging. The refunded my money and even gave me a $15 gift card. When the second order arrived, the same thing happened. The box was all smashed because the retail packaging is not made to be shipped in. The box was all beat up and taped up and all the stuff inside just rattled around. I didn’t even open it and took it back to my local Sam’s. BEWARE THAT IF YOU ORDER THIS, THEY WILL SHIP IT IN THE RETAIL FLIMSY CARDBOARD BOX. This really bad if you are purchasing this as a gift, the box will be all beat up with shipping labels all over it. I would avoid ordering this online at all costs.
